Arrived at 7pm ordered at 7 15pm 7 30pm starters came out at random times and then at 9pm no food and mains hadn t even started being cooked Went to McDonalds and received food within 10 minutes

One star is generous considering how terrible this experience was if your in a rush DO NOT COME HERE FOR DINNER it takes 10 minutes for them to acknowledge you Asked them what was an estimated time we would be waiting they said 30 minutes as evenings are busy we ordered a starter and a main course and we where waiting A HOUR for the STARTER to come we wanted to eat that as we waited for our main takes way to long for just 4 dough triangles and some garlic butter At that point half the restaurant left either because they checked out or they where tired of waiting Was not worth the wait they where burned as for the pizzas they looked burned and took 1 hour and 20 minutes they had a brick oven so I could not believe it took this long for three simple pizzas do not recommend do not come here

We made a reservation at the Huntingdon branch for 7pm giving us 1 5 hours until the start of our film We waited for over 30 minutes with nobody coming to take even a drinks order The manager had no customer care telling us we would just have to wait There were only about 20 other people in the restaurant so it wasn t busy After 40 minutes of no service we left and went to Chi who were amazing We should have listened to the couple who left as we arrived saying I wouldn t bother Very disappointed as the menu looks fantastic

My son ordered a pizza delivery was supposed to be 8 pm We are nor 9 30 no idea when it will be delivered NO communication from them Last pizza ever ordered from these clowns

After booking this restaurant and finding out that it only opens at 4pm we booked a table for 4pm as we were going elsewhere later and didn t want to eat too late we arrived slightly early and had to wait for it to open we were the 1st ones in through the door we had a voucher which my wife had purchased through Red Letter Days for a 3 course meal and a drink for 2 people after giving the voucher to the waitress and ordering our food we looked forward to our meal a few other people arrived and sat down but there was only 3 tables out of the whole restaurant that was being occupied so after waiting 45 min for my wife to have her starters arrive I was quite annoyed that it took that long as I did not have a starter as my starter came with the main meal my wife ate her starter and we waited for the main meal by 5 15 pm our main course still had not arrived I approached the waitress and said to her that we had been here since 4pm and been waiting for our food for 1 hour 15 minutes her reply was well we have had big takeaway orders come in and we only have 1 chef tonight I said to her that this wasn t good enough and was unacceptable she then walked off after another 15 minutes our meal still hadn t arrived I told the waitress shouldn t you be serving the customers in the restaurant 1st before doing the takeaways there was other people in the restaurant that arrived after us and got their food although 2 of them sent it back as it was wrong after another 5 minutes still no food and the staff were standing around in the corridor chatting and just ignored us so enough was enough and we got up and walked out no one tried to stop us and ask us if everything was okay It seems to me that the staff didn t care about customer service and didn t really want to be there I did go on dough co website and wrote a customer review but got no response the one thing I should have done was get my voucher back as we didn t have the meal so now we are without the money or the meal I have put all this in the review on dough co website but they obviously don t read them as I see that some of the reviews on here do get an answer and are told to email the website don t do it they don t reply bad customer service we have got in contact with Red Letter Days to try and stop the payment to them and to tell them this was the worst experience we have ever had and that they should take them off there experience list Red Letter Days are now investigating I would not set foot in this restaurant again poor management and customer service now I should have guessed that something was wrong when there was only 8 people in the restaurant

Photos might look great but the food never arrived 2 hours since I placed my order and no update from the restaurant Colchester We ve had to end up ordering pizza from Dominos as it is now so very late We tried calling 12 times no answer Uber Eats tried to call no answer so Uber cancelled our order

They definitely using premade Iceland like dough Company is trying to look like authentic place with an artisan pizza but when you try it taste like those from random London kebab Good service and nicely looking interiors can t cover fact it s not worth it to pay those money for this quality and it s better to find place which doesn t treat paying customer like naive milking cow without taste Service Interiors Value vs Ingredients food quality - none

What abismal service I cannot believe I am writing these words Yet to have food arrive which was ordered at approx 7pm I am certain it will not arrive for obvious reasons now 10 30 operating hours end at 10pm Was informed multiple times it was 3 orders in the next order or with the driver but that refunds don t normally go through because the company we use don t like sending them At no point was it suggested that maybe we could arrange our own collection or that a refund would be issued and could we agree to cancel the almost 100 order Line was busy for the last half hour before closing time and other sites gave very differing information when asked for more direct contact information regarding a higher office beyond the seemingly inappropriate social media email given on the webpage Would absolutely recommend you avoid with every ounce of energy you can muster I am open to editing this review IF I can believe the business is no longer operating fraudulently If operations are failing let customers know lies are the most unacceptable form of interaction from a business Posting on as many platforms as possible so others avoid such an experience

The service really needs to improve Our waiter was polite but didnt really look like she wanted to be there My cappucino was atrocious In fact not a cappuccino at allWaited over 30 mins for pizza it was greasy and no flavour I would say cheap ingredients were used The price was horrendously high and watch for the Ipad and tipping They trick you into into thinking its for feedback I think another reviewer wrote this alsoSo in terms of the restaurant itself Decor and surface cleanliness was good The toilets were not clean I looked into the kitchen which you walk past on the way to the loos Greasy old fat smell coming from itBasically no atmosphere Too expensive Food and drink not worth the thirty minute waitI would not return
