Made it worse

I spilt red wine on my white carpet and have used this product on it 4 times and it has not removed the stain In fact it has made it worse

Stain remover for clothes

Bought the stain remover for clothes and some glo white Both of these products did nothing the stains are still there not even faded and the whites are still grey Absolutely fed up of products that don t live up to expectations especially as they weren t cheap with being a recognised brand

Not Buying This Again

Product is dr beckmann service-it deep clean Lemon fresh Well not buying this again I purchased 2 as i have 2 machines 1 for our clothes and one for our dogs stuff I followed instructions and dog one machine smells no different and the other smells lemony but looks like grey sludge dots everywhere Don t know if that means it was too bad for 1 treatment or what I usually buy the dettol one with no issue so now i don t know what to do Manually clean or do a normal detergent cycle Wish i could share a picture to this review

Do not use this product

Do not use this product It turned my carpet white it is now ruined and the excuse I got from the company was that I used too much product I didn t use too much I gently squeezed the product out and if someone used too much product for instance then it shouldn t ruin your carpet My carpet has been down less than two years

Washing Machine Cleaner O my God Never again to many bubbles leaked out of draw all over the floor Be warned

Pet stain and odour remover

Pet stain and odour remover does NOT work on complaining they suggested cleaning it with washing up liquid ask numerous amount of questions what is the carpet made of what is the underlay etc refunded only for the product they just didn t care We now have to change the carpet due to the terrible stains Don t bother buying

Very poor product and customer service

I purchased laundry detergent sheets which did not fully dissolve clogging up my washing machine I emailed Dr Beckmann s who did not apologise but instead asked for photographs and also asked a lot of questions to which I replied Two months have now passed and I haven t heard from the company In spite of deep cleaning it several times my washing machine is still not working as well as before I used the product
