Still haven t received my barbie house from CHINA
I ordered a barbie dream-house for my 3 year old daughter from this site assuming it was being shipped from the USA I m in Canada It didn t indicate at time of purchase where it was being shipped from or an estimated delivery date I ordered it at the beginning of December and it s now December 21st and I can t get an answer on where my package is and when it will be delivered My daughter has spoken to Santa who assured her the elves where making her a big barbie house As a single mother of 3 I cannot afford to buy a new one here at full price and now this company isn t replying to my emails Canada Post says all the tracking number they provided me with says is that a packing label was printed I think that the site needs to be more transparent about where they re coming from China I would ve never ordered if I knew it was being shipped all the way from China as it s too far They should give an estimated delivery date And furthermore it states on their site that they ve been in business since 2018 but after further investigation I ve learned that the site was only created in October just in time for a bunch of innocent people to order Christmas presents for their children just for innocent children to be disappointed I want a refund so I can go back to searching for a used second hand barbie house for my daughter I only have 3 days Normally I can go Christmas shopping after work but I m on holidays now so no work which means my children are always with me how will I hide a massive barbie house Of course these people don t care because chances are they don t celebrate Christmas anyway

The site is a scam The items ship from China and are not what is represented on their website None of the products are the name brands on the site and instead are very cheap toys They say they are US based but they are not and they do not cover return shipping fees

Scam website
I ordered a barbie dream house from this site debating whether it was genuine or not I can assure you it s 100 not genuine I finally after a month received a really awful cheap crappy fake Lego set which is barely worth 5 00 I paid for it using PayPal as I m hoping this will help me get my money back as I ve now opened a dispute This website is nothing but a scam I m just hoping PayPal can get me back the 50 I ve lost

Never use this website It is a complete scam I became aware of this website through a Facebook ad so assumed it must be a reputable site I couldn t find any negative reviews on here but have found two in the last few days saying the exact same thing as me 1 They took over a month to deliver 2 What they delivered doesn t even vaguely represent what they advertised I ordered a Barbie dream house they delivered a tiny box of cheap looking Lego 3 They are impossible to get hold of - no phone number and they barely reply to emails Please do not EVER use this site - spread the word I will be contacting Facebook asking how they can advertise such an awful company

SCAM- DO NOT BUY
Just as you have read below everyone who has ordered a Barbie Dream House has instead received a knockoff Lego set that is nowhere near what we ordered They offered me a 10 refund when I reached out to request a refund I am going through PayPal in the hopes that I will at least be able to get some of my money back

This website is a scam I order the Barbie dreamhouse three dolls and the Barbie closet Barbie car only to receive a Lego piece for the dreamhouse the car was as big as my palm and the closet look like a like a plastic purse Before receiving the order when I was emailing them they answer and now that I have the order and asking questions no one isn t responding When the items was being shipped from China I was trying to figure out why if the company is located in the US but I didn t make it an issue because on the site there was some good reviews Please don t purchase anything from them I can t even find the site anymore but God don t slumber not sleep
