Well I literally wasted 70 because nothing on here said WA state has a mandatory 16 hr hazmat class so all my time and money spent on this app was a total waste

I did not like the tests they have same

I did not like the tests they have same questions repeating on different test and west of time and learning more questions and I wanted to cancel and ask for refund but their policy do not offer refund I do not recommend

Don t waste your money

It s expensive and the questions are nothing like what s on the test You re better off reading the book and using a free testing site online Also there is no refund if you are satisfied with the service Don t be fooled Very disappointed I opened the app and once I realised what it was I immediately went back to my drivers manual spent 49 for 5 mins

terrible customer service response

terrible customer service response have not gotten back to me in regards to the submission of my Certification left 3 messages and still no response phone only leads to an answering machine to leave name and email the site says it automatically submits the cert to FMCA but it hasnt and that has costed my 100 and me not being able to take my drivers test

TOO DIFFICULT TO LINK INTO THE PROGRAM

I cannot link into the program to continue taking the tests I have asked several times for a link however the link I get states that I can only log in once every 24 hours It also says linking you in however once you hit the link the page that comes up asks for a new email address and or payment for the service again This is so disappointing and I feel I should receive a refund of my 119

Your test on fines

Your test on fines etc is ridiculous and seriously counterproductive It derails the whole process of studying by basing most of the questions on useless and needlessly detailed info that is not even in the hand book Everyone must fail the test if this is a realistic tool It took me an hour to take notes on all the questions I had missed And I still don t think that will help much

Intentionally make their site confusing and then they delete your account if you ask any questions I am reporting them to the FMCSA for their conduct

I paid 50 to do practice for test and the questions on the practice aren t on test failed first one now using book I do NOT recommend wasting money

There s some questions that you guys put with a right answer and at the moment of the DMV test it says that the right answer is wrong
