I was confused about what I was signing

I was confused about what I was signing up for and mistakenly ordered the 7 day crash course not knowing it would actually expire after 7 days That was definitely not clear when purchasing the program I would like to change plans so I don t need to keep paying 49 every 7 days Please help

Apparently the payment is processed

Apparently the payment is processed thru Canada and it locked up my bank card The fraud detection at my bank cought it and cut my card off Now I have to get a new card issued I was not happy

Actual test is different to what you prepare for I took a test and there was probably 20 overlap between the questions I was prepared for and the actual questions

Why is it so hard to get on the program I signed in with password but only New Password not required and Update your profile are given And I can t proceed How am I supposed to logon

The test questions and learning are really good but when I tried to link my account with the app it did not let me sign into the app I had to use the training on the website on my phone and not on the app

It just text and speaker no video that demonstrate actual activity Too much money for this kind of course because I could do the same just by reading a book

Many questions are repetitive in the same test This could be due to missed questions being repeated Are the questions asked in fact the questions that appear on the actual Written driving test Bruce

Translation

The translation to Spanish is literally so bad sometimes the sentences doesn t make sense and have a wrong words I think is not professional

No Refund

The content seemed decent but can t say for sure as I didn t take the test One day after I signed up for premium I realized I didn t need to take a driving test written or driving I asked for a refund but was denied I had every intention of taking the test so I did do the exercises However it turned out I didn t need to take a test when I moved back to my state I was told that they cannot return digital goods and so cannot issue a refund In the case of a no pass guarantee how would they return digital goods Isn t that the same scenario I was just hoping for a little more understanding of the situation
