If this is a review of the study guide that I was forced to purchase so that I could be allowed to take a ten minute hazmat test It was a waste of 69 to tell me what I already knew

It was a forced waste of 69 to tell me what I already knew The only reason for the purchase is because the MVD would not let me test without it No other reason

I keep getting charged and I can t get

I keep getting charged and I can t get into my account to cancel They won t accept my email so I can t get clearance through phone verification and they don t respond in their chat box they claim they can t find my email but they don t seem to have any trouble charging my card over and over The program itself was very helpful and I would recommend if not for the rolling charges on my credit card

Good test prep but heads up the site is not WCAG compliant

I completed the 7 day crash course in six days and took my written test I passed only missing 2 questions that were not part of the course work For the most part the DMV questions were worded the same as the course but there were variances in the language and sentence structure Overall the course prepped me well and I am pleased It was easy to complete the coursework devoting a few hours each evening However I was unwilling to pay for a lengthier more expensive subscription without knowing if the coursework provided adequate instruction It would be nice to have the option to pay the difference and upgrade to a longer subscription I had no idea there was coursework for the driving test prep too An IMPORTANT note the site is not accessible and does not work unless one uses a mouse Users with color blindness will have trouble with the behind the wheel videos as the instruction relies on distinguishing between colored vehicles Update Driving test org responded upgrades are considered on a case by case basis by request A basic user experience best practice is to make things easy and transparent it builds trust and in most cases increases NPS scores If presented with the option to upgrade extend my subscription in the expiration email I likely would have done so I note the WCAG issue as this site while not officially affiliated with a government entity is preparing users to engage with them Best practice in this situation would be to work toward an accessible site It s a win-win for everyone and avoids potential lawsuits
