Customer service is nonexistent I tried to set up my account and never received an activation email I sent a service request and received an email w o a link I m still waiting for a response

It appears as if my drone mobile system
It appears as if my drone mobile system has been shut down because of my subscription has run out Although it s only been six or seven months I m not sure if they know a full calendar year is 12 months If you were trying to get a customer service you are out of your mind I ve waited 45 minutes one time an hour second time and the third time I waited maybe 20 minutes They will say there was a call back number they will get back to you as soon as possible That s a bunch of BS product is excellent customer service if needed sucks It is so much aggravation I am not really sure if it s worth it

Wish I would have read all these reviews before wasting my money I ve had the DroneMobile which sounds good in theory installed for one month It was glitchy at first and then stopped working I placed several tickets and was given the same response each time even though I explained I had already tried their fixes In the end I was told to take it back to the dealer to have it looked at Which would be fine except I have to leave my car my only vehicle for days to have it looked at Completely unacceptable I m being put out time and money wise as I would have to rent a vehicle Super disappointed in my DroneMobile and their customer support

Tired of supporting Drone mobile Absolutely horrible product
I have been a Drone mobile user for several years and I be damn if their isn t always a damn problem with the system I pay the 3 year plan and the system always shuts down for a week or 2 and then say maybe it s your connection I take it in to check and my connection is great It s the damn system This will be my last time every using Drone mobile and I deeply advise against this product Rude ass service when you speak with the people they offer you nothing in return after seeing that they product is messing up or dysfunctional The worst ever

Do not purchase dronemobile My dronemobile was installed in 2014 yes 6 years ago It worked flawlessly everytime Ever since I switched from the original Dronemobile with CMDA Verizon connection to the AT T LTE version which I was forced to pay 30 00 for it has been useless I tried to get them to cover the cost of the new unit but they refused I tried many times to work with customer service through email to fix my intermittent issue but no luck I practically don t use it anymore and it is disappointing because it was useful when it actually worked Latest issue is now the latest app version 4 4 does not connect to my car at all and constantly times out Spend your money somewhere else

I bought a new car and canceled my
I bought a new car and canceled my subscription with drone mobil They said I would get a refund for the remaining balance It s been over two months July 7th and still no refund I ve called several times and asked about it Every time I call I get a different response The last time two weeks ago they said it was approved and I d be getting a check in the next week or so I am try to call them now as I write this Been waiting for 45 minutes This is crazy

I wish I would have never gotten this
I wish I would have never gotten this alarm It s nothing but a pain in the a and truly makes my vehicle less secure The current problem is it thinks I have a door open when I lock it The OEM dash indicator doesn t show any doors are open and I ve made sure everything is closed and unobstructed but drone thinks something is So it doesn t lock I hit lock it locks then the lights flash a few times and my remote shows doors open and it unlocks itself So happy I spent thousands of dollars on an alarm system that makes it easier to steal damage etc my truck Compustar does nothing I get a different story every time and the certified authorized technician who installed it says I have to call Compustar Right Save your money

Customer service is non-existent My unit came with the wrong thermistor so temp reading was 60 degrees off I told them in my request that I am an Electronics Technician and am certain the thermistor is installed correctly Their answer A thermistor will need to be installed and mounted correctly to monitor the vehicle s interior temperature via DroneMobile Please contact an authorized installer for assistance It took a lot of internet searching to find a picture of what the thermistor should look like and it didn t match mine Ordered the correct one and it worked perfect They would be better off not offing service than giving bull sh t answers like the one I received

Terrible service
Terrible service - did the required hardware upgrade in January 2022 and hadn t worked since System returns that I need to renew my subscription as it expired TWO AND A HALF YEARS IN THE FUTURE How can they have such bad coding for something so basic

Very poor customer service with
Very poor customer service with Compustar drone I had basic was told 100 to get X1R or upgrade to premium and get it free I upgrade to premium and call to confirm correct information regarding mailing new drone which they are having a supply issue on and will not be seen for about 3 months Also told at this time it would be an additional 40 for X1R with premium I explained what I was told and was told sorry Get your facts correct They did refund all money but this company needs to get their training together Look at a different company for remote starts
