Do not buy this product While I cannot speak for how well it works because it was impossible to install on an iphone 6 Customer service is nonexistent I purchased the top of their line product Nearly 400 00 and could not install it Yes every effort of jail breaking with cydia etc was tried so i requested assistance 3 days later I get an email I respond requesting a refund Waited 5 days for a response That email said I had to request a refund thru another link which I did and it took 3or 4 days and a response came saying you have been issued a refund and that if I didn t see it refunded in 7 to 10 days to respond to that email Which I did Because guess what Right no refund And they refuse to respond So i send them an email every morning to remind them I am out of 400 00 Do not waste one dull dime on this product You have been warned and I should have known better

Total Scam I asked for a refund within 24 hours of my purchase and I was promised that it ll reflect in my account in 7 working days It has been 2 months now I haven t got my refund

More problems than benefit do not buy

Spyera service doesn t work they never give me a refound they just ignore me don t use Spyrea services they will take your money and you will never see them back they are very expensive

This is such an unreliable service

This product only partially works Many of the features don t work and they take no responsibility to assist I ve seen disclaimers saying they can t keep up with phone software updates or that the features will not work if you don t jailbreak your phone Unfortunately that s not all and the issues seem to be THEIR software recorded phone calls don t have a service for playback in the U S so this feature is useless Emails downloaded with this software are from years past rendering the data obsolete Worst of all the features that do work only work when they activate your service I purchased a two year 3-license plan but they initially set my expiration just weeks after purchase and I spent months trying to reach them for assistance or refund to no avail One day without any response my expiration date had been extended to one year post purchase so now it s expired AGAIN but shouldn t be for another year The expirations for the other two licenses is the same so here I am again unable to use ANY of the features So irritating For 700 I have had no customer support intermittent service and only partial functionality Total scam I would not recommend this to anyone

Not serious or anything near that

This is such an unreliable service I paid so much money for it plus 40 more dollars so they can install it on the iphone without me having it physically And then they started to say that there is a new update on the Iphone and that s why they can t do it so I need to pay more for their service or they can t do anything They prices are way too high and totally not worth it I said I wanted my money back and then the guy answered he will inform the billing team One week later still no reply even though I contacted them so often already So they just stole 129 from me for nothing in return This is simply a scam Don t let yourself get fooled by them
