First time using Duca shoes

Ordered two pairs of spikeless shoes first-time trying Duca s shoes Love the styling Shoes arrived in timely manner Have now worn both pairs one time on the course and am happy with them The shoes seem well constructed although I did notice a slight unglueing of the toe rubber from the fabric on right shoe

sizing is tricky

sizing is tricky in my case some brands like ecco consider a mens size 13 an EU 47 your brand considers it a 46 Also since there is variation in your shoe styles some appear narrower than others So i think more thought needs to go into size description for US Other than that quality and style of product is excellent

Good qua it s golf boots but very small

Company has quality shoes Unfortunately the boots I ordered run very small Had to reorder a size larger than what I normally wear and they were still too small and very narrow

Experience great but shoes were too narrow

The experience was wonderful Very communicative and delivery was quick The only issue is the particular style I ordered runs very narrow and I had to return because the shoes rubbed the upper part of my foot I don t have a very wide foot so I m assuming these shoes were made for smaller feet It s too bad because they are VERY CUTE and well made

I simply need to return the product

I simply need to return the product in-order to receive a larger size shoe I have called etc can t reach anyone This is unacceptable Update Immediately received an email from customer service resolving this issue I truly appreciate the timely response and effort However the four stars instead of five-star rating results from the initial issue discussed above

Customer service is impeccable

Customer service is impeccable I had a small issue with my order emailed customer service and it was taken care of immediately The shoes are well made and look good However I wish they had half sizes The shoes I ordered seem to fit big I went up half a size now my feet slide around in the shoes I tried heel pads different insoles with no luck Maybe I should have gone down the half size That s the only reason I didn t give them 5 stars

The order shipped so quickly and arrived the next day The unboxing experience was great Beautiful packaging High quality shoes Beautiful designs and materials Two of the three pairs that I bought were too narrow and I reached out to customer service They responded immediately with a link to the return process Very simple process to return the two pairs The third pair was amazing My first pair of golf boots and wore them the next day after receiving So comfortable warm great traction and gorgeous

Number one the shoes are awesome I love that they are unique and beautiful I must say that I own at least 50 pair of golf shoes but I absolutely love my Ducas I have two pair of winter golf boots I live in Northern California so it s probably a little ridiculous to have two pair of winter boots I just couldn t resist
