Bulbs look healthy
Order arrived all the bulbs look in good condition Only wish they didn t squeeze so many bulbs into each box which end up splitting

As ever first class product well and clearly labeled A problem with the packaging too much in one box rough handling by an over worked courier The seam floor to side wall split for half the box length however none of the product had been damaged or lost

As always the bulbs all arrived in very good condition This year however I wasn t given any advice by email about dispatch and expected arrival dates They just turned up at my house one day Hence four rather than five stars Andy Alsop

Good value bulbs
Ordered a lot of tulip bulbs and they arrived packed well and as per delivery instructions Had to throw away only 3 out of over 250 bulbs as they were damaged Overall a good experience and will order from them again

Generally speaking happy with orderHowever the Aubrietia plants were in very poor condition when received overwatered prior to transport and rotting The rest of the order which was mainly bulbs which were fine

There were 20 rotten bulbs in one type ordered and 10 in the second This is a mraked improvement over last year It is somewhat disappointing but almost inevitable given the commodity Thank you for your process - all arrived in good time

Pleased overall
My order included five top quality dahlias and a selection of large perennial plug plants Three of the dahlias were really large and healthy looking - perhaps the best I ve ever seen The other two however were very small and weighed not much more than a third of the largest I tried to query this with the company via their online system but unfortunately this was not working it asked me questions in a language I didn t recognise and then would not allow me to submit my query This is a shame as the three biggest dahlias are brilliant The plug plants were larger than I d expected and healthy looking but some were extremely root bound and I would not have wanted to plant them out straight away as advised by the company Instead I have potted them up into bigger pots and will look after them in my unheated greenhouse before they go into the garden so far they appear to be doing well
