I received a bag of roots with no

I received a bag of roots with no planting instructions I first ordered 20 as I needed 14 plants for a community project but decided to order another 10 just to make sure I got the number I needed however out of the 30 I have only ended up with 10 plants so am extremely disappointed

I fo not recommend using this company

Customer service helpful up to a point Order placed in March still not completed by 24th May Delivered in small or single batches in very poor state or dead I did get six replacements but still awaiting 24 plants from the original order The SPECIAL OFFERDoes not exist or if it dose they haven tsent it From the original order of over 50 I m in possession of about 10 worth of plants

Black Baccara rose

I ordered a Black Baccara rose from Parkers in 2021 Order no 10878492 Which I received in December 2021 A few days ago two roses opened and were not Black Baccara but a reddish colour I contacted Parkers as this was not what I ordered Was told they must have been labelled incorrectly Told me I would receive a refund When I asked for a replacement to what I asked for I was told that I would not get a replacement Thanks Parkers for not delivering what I ordered I would not be purchasing any other items and will go elsewhere One unhappy customer who feels that they cannot correct their mistake

I received my order for non stop

I received my order for non stop begonias duly planted and followed instructions despite this the non stop begonias never started I emailed Parkers and the reply was make sure they re getting plenty of water and sunshine and keep them informed I ve been doing this for years Parkers have had my last order Chloe was patronising in her response and that was the last straw Reading reviews I m not the only one

The tulip Forestdale had been wrongly named in your wholesale catalogue This caused me a lot of work because as the tulips are judged in our spring show l had to redo all the labels that l had already prepared Kaufmanniana in catalogue but actually Greigii

Extremely patronising customer service in response to a email regarding an order

Sent a query in about a bulk order I had placed was not requesting a refund but merely advice and recieved an extremely rude email from customers services which was incredibly patronising This was a very disappointing experience as we have previously had very good customer service from J Parker and I help run several large gardening groups on both instagram and facebook as well as being friends with several gardening podcasters Previously I have recommended J Parker especially for bulbs however this did make me think twice after this experience as the tone of the email was so patronising it may have put a less experienced gardener off gardening at all Very disappointing outcome especially as my family has been using this company for years

Sadly awful

Large box of bulbs left on my doorstep alongside a road deemed to be a safe place to leave it Sadly I found the customer service and administration awful

Ordered 33 begonia plug plants Within 2 days of arrival 9 were lost 25 Sent 2 emails both ignored Never again

I ordered 5 hosta plants but only 4 arrived Two of these were only fit for the compost heap so that left me with two I e mailed this company but got no reply which I half expected E mailed them again today but still don t expect any joy Beware if your going to buy plants go to a nursery and pick your own these guys don t care
