On the 19th of September we commissioned Dxrisk Ltd to conduct a fire risk assessment at one of our properties They promptly arrived on the 20th to conduct the assessment and we paid for their services including the advertised same-day report However despite their claims and our payment we never received the assessment We have tried to remain patient however understanding the importance of this health and safety assessment and its urgency and after days of waiting we requested a refund on the 23rd of October which has yet to be refunded Our repeated emails have gone unanswered and attempts to contact the office as well as painstaking calls to the director Claire Crammond have been ignored The level of professionalism shown by Dxrisk Ltd is shockingly poor There has been no communication no accountability and absolutely no urgency in addressing the issue or refunding our money This is unacceptable for a service that deals with something as crucial as fire safety We cannot recommend Dxrisk Ltd based on this experience and we caution others to consider alternative providers who take their responsibilities seriously
