I had an amazing experience

Literally only putting this at 5 stars because I know people will see it and it won t change the 1 1 review anyway but it s very obvious when you haven t gotten a 5 star review since last year that maybe you should start upping your support because if you look at the 1 star reviews clearly nobody is happy with a single bit of support you give I had 8 cases on one email and probably 6 cases on another email all of which were closed or resolved how are you going to do either of those without checking with me to see if it s resolved without sending even a single email to answer a single question and their live chat will just send you to email support who doesn t do a single thing to help it s been over a month of me trying to just get back into an account which is very very obviously owned by me it has all the same usernames every single bit of information on my account is littered with patterns of my name every email username changed passwords they all carry patterns that I was literally pointing out what every single piece of the patterns mean and they still say they don t think it s me after I ve given creation dates for my accounts multiple emails that could possibly be linked answered many questions to do with purchases and many other things that only I d know yet still can t get into my account and as of today they won t even let me send them an email hoping EA sees all these reviews and actually does something about it because at this point who knows how much I ve missed from this period where I haven t been able to log in and what re they going to do about it Probably tell me to screw off and that there s nothing they can do about it but thanks for all the help again EA you guys work miracles at being the absolute worst

I bought Fifa 16 recently and it is a really good game Best soccer simulator out there

EA is great all The Sims games have been amazing beside the sims 3 its so laggy still a great game though
