DO NOT BUY FROM ORIGIN GO ELSEWHERE

I was finally able to contact an acual person on the phone for an issue with a game lagging so bad we could NEVER play it I explained my issue and after checking my system s info he said that my computer was under the specs to play this game which explains why we COULD NEVER PLAY IT I asked for a refund or a credit for another game that we COULD play and after sending the dxDiag report to them he told me that my request was denied because I waited too long to ask I told him that their technology was seriously outdated if they could not tell that the game was never actually played DO NOT BUY ANY GAMES FROM THEM SPEND YOUR MONEY WHERE THEY APPRECIATE THEIR CUSTOMERS I am spending my somewhere else

origin is the worst i do not care first off its clunky as hell my apex account got hacked by origin weak ass security measures some bozo from thailand logged in how tf does origin not detect that are you stupid steam is better dont waste ur time feel bad for the people who experience such a trash launcher

I purchased a Title just about 3 hours

I purchased a game just about 3 hours back I am still trying to install it thought the ORIGIN APP Is this a school project for 8 year old wanna be developers I have never used something so counterintuitive in my whole pc web design development life aporx35 years I am speechless and wish I would have read the reviews first I sure would have paid extra to have got this title elsewhere Yes its that bad avoid all companies that don t give a crap about your experience Origin its almost 10 YEARS of App end user nightmares tell them kids to pass this project on to proper developers please and stop being inept Totally unbelievable I am looking into what can be done about this its the way you are clearly treating people here If you read this seriously consider using a better client company pay the extra or whatever you will be glad you did

Beware of EA They have a track record of ignoring their customers I forgot the password and when I logged in it wanted to send a confirmation code to my email address The only problem was I was not receiving it checked spam and junk as well Chatted with a rep that essentially stated they could not help and I should create another account Huh So I should create another account and buy my games all over again Nice try

Accidentally Link the Wrong Steam Account Good Luck You ll Never Get to Connect Another Steam Account Again

My husband accidentally connected his Steam to my Origin account and it s causing problems with his games purchases If we unlink I can never connect my own any Steam account ever again for as long as I live I m told That s just the rule and that you used to be able to link new Steam accounts but EA changed the rules because players were abusing it Doesn t matter that ours was an case of accidentally connecting the wrong account and that I don t even play his games we will never be able to play on the correct accounts What an absolute crap excuse for a gaming application

Absolutely horrible customer service

Absolutely horrible customer service I m having issues with transferring origin from my old lap top to my new and I m getting nowhere in the 3 days since I reached out for customer support All I want is to access the sims and I have had 5 different emails asking for the same info from 5 different people Get it together origin I ve spent a LOT on sims games over the years and you can t even give the common courtesy of a real person to help me solve this problem in a timely manner
