I ordered an OLED tv after doing a lot of research and carefully choosing the model Because it was an unusual purchase for me my credit card company declined it so I used another card and it was declined again This lead to a scenario where I ended up with two open orders and two pending charges - a lot of confusion Then I had an e mail saying they couldn t fulfil the order as there was no stock They offered me an upgraded model for the same price and eventually sorted it all out cancelling the second charge and sorting out a slight error with the price I always think you don t know what a company s customer service is like until something goes wrong In this case almost everything went wrong and EE sorted it all out and I ended up with a better telly than I d paid for I would definitely be confident to use this company again Delighted with my purchase and the service

I purchased a new gaming headset for my partner as a birthday gift I understood from previous research that I would be pre-ordering these as they had not yet been released for general sale at the time of purchase This was not entirely clear on the EE website but it did specify the dispatch date which was the same day as the product release The headset arrived earlier than expected and thankfully came in discreet packaging so my partner would not know what was inside I chose EE as the price was competitive compared to other brands for the same product and I am pleased to say the product is great and the delivery was easy

My phone out of contract so I visited the EE Silverburn Store in Glasgow to discuss SIM only or see what deal they could offer me Jabs is the Store Manager and has worked for EE for 18 years Nothing and I mean NOTHING was too much trouble for him he even cleaned out my charging point which had been causing me issues In my 30 years sales experience there are very few people that appear to be looking to genuinely help Jabs is most definitely one the them Exceptional customer service a brilliant manner and nothing other than a huge thanks to him Highly highly recommend
