Definitely not my last time

At June 14th I ordered two pair of shoes And since I live in Denmark it said that it d take about 30 days for my package to arrive I then contacted the company because I wanted to know if they could make sure that I d get the package before July 11th and not even 24 hours after I sent that mail I had a response from them Unfortunately they couldn t do that but that was okay Anyway at June 17th I got an mail telling me that my package was now shipped At June 23rd I contacted the company since I haven t got my tracking number and a couple of hours later I got an mail including my tracking number included the webpage where I could track my package even though I knew that already I had a couple of problems with my package though By some funny reason my package ended up at the Swedish post office but that wouldn t be the company s fault But today June 27th only 10 days after it was shipped I recieved my package I had to pay around 73 for import fees taxes VAT but that s the risk on ordering internationally so that wouldn t be the company s fault either So all in all I had an excellent experience buying from Eastbay com and I really appreciated their services and help I d definitely buy from them again

I read a lot of the negative reviews

I read a lot of the negative reviews and was so nervous after I had already purchased two items One item shipped right away Within 24 hrs I believe For the other item I received an additional email within 12-24 hrs saying We are working hard to ship your order s and need extra time to make it perfect Please allow us to work through the details and watch your inbox for updates 5 days past I yet to receive an email stating it has shipped I did research on why it said that and came across this forum I freaked out and wrote an email inquiring the status of my order even after I looked up my order status The status said something along the lines of waiting on SKU The following day I received nothing so decided to call The wait was 5 minutes the lady was extremely helpful and found a store that had my item and had it shipped that day I don t know why there are so many negative reviews I don t usually write such a long review but thought it was necessary for those who are OCD freaks like me Lol The first ordered shipped to me today and it was not used No issues here
