The product was extremely overpriced poor quality and was a different colour wood from that shown in the magazine Delivery however was good

You have charged me for P P on items I purchased over 30 00 when it clearly states in the catalogue no fee for over 30 00 During the call I made to place the order I did say at least twice is this free P P which the adviser confirmed At the end of the call he confirmed to me a total cost for my items of 65 94 You have charged me 98 94 I am sure if you record all calls that this will be confirmed as well This again a case of you making a mockery of good customer service as I have problems in the past

Well you charged 10 to return an item it s preying on the elderly who can t get out and rely on settings in the post you charged me and then didn t collect the item such a rip off

Easylife posted my item to the wrong address when I specifically gave them the correct address when I ordered I have tried to rectify this today but still unsure if message got across as speech was difficult to decipher from both ends

I was sent duplicate parcels or orders and on calling to return one of I had to pay postage no free returns

Inprove your packaging last order came ripped open you could see what was inside

Not very happy with the length of time I had to wait for my order Also I was not informed about reason for delay I think there should be more communication with your customers

Website easy to use item good quality and reasonable price prompt delivery However placing an order seems to automatically subscribe you to something called Perx which you have to cancel or you pay 81 99 No reply from either company when asked if bank details passed over or how I was signed up to this

Ordered some fruit trees Have arrived with in time specified look awful not sure if they will survive have planted out as advised and are waiting to see if any life will appear

My MAJOR concern is that I have just received a unsolicited phone call from Easylife telling me that I will be receiving 2 x 50 travel vouchers and a monthly subscription free for 30 days for 9 a month thereafter charged to my method of payment for the order I placed to a travel service I told the caller in no uncertain terms that I do not want to subscribe and if my debit card was charged it would be immediately reported to both the bank and the police Is this a scam if so how did they get my details he knew my postal address etc Add to that I m not completely enamored by my order of the arm chair covers and a reversible recliner protection cover They arrived quickly The quality of the arm chair covers are poor They fit sort of but are very thin and the quality of the stitching is not good as they are twisted dont sit flat and the front panels are out of shape The protection cover is well made but again very thin Very disappointed
