Very disapointed with the service I

Very disapointed with the service I received I ordered goods in Jan and didn t receive until March I didn t receive any emails or notification as to why it was taking so long only when I emailed Easylife did I hear that the goods were out of stock and would arrive on 29 Feb they didn t arrive until Mon 4th March Would it hurt to keep your customers informed of any supply problems

Having explained to the agent that my name was Bryan Cross MBE at length and was not BryanMbe as quoted on correspondence she said she would correct their record When i received my order my name was shown as Bryan Cross Mbe Can you please ensure that the letters MBE are in capital letters and not a mixture of upper and lower case

what sort of scam

they sent me a e-mail to say they had arranged to supply a replacement for my faulty weld unit now they are worrying me to have a refund instead what sort of scam are they running and my new order has not arrived

Service good but product was pretty useless

Initial service from Easylife was good but the product - slippers - was useless The sizing is totally wrong - they were advertised as 7-8 but even my wife with size 6 couldn t get them on Easylife came back to me pretty quickly with details of returns but return is NOT free - at our own postal expense or a charge of 5 for collection A bit steep when the product is not as expected I wait to see if they refund the postage

Very poor service

It took from end January till 7 March to get my order 3 items One item was out of stock but only found this out because I telephone to find out what had happened to the full order Despite numerous calls various dates for delivery my request to have the other 2 items delivered this was refused I could have cancelled the order totally My requests to speak to a supervisor were also denied Very poor service One item arrived faulty and that is being replaced free of charge hence the 2 stars otherwise there would have been Nil stars Would think very carefully before ordering again from them other catalogues stock the same or Very similar items Also the free colouring books offered never materialise
