The parcel was delivered as requested

The parcel was delivered to my front door as requested Other couriers usually throw parcels over my rear gate which is 6 foot high with resulting damage

Adjustable bathroom corner shelf

Bought an adjustable bathroom corner shelf model no 3200 which I couldn t put together telephoned them told them the problem they offered an replacement or refund and I wouldn t need to return the one I had I opted for a replacement which was delivered I m having the same problem so rang them again A very nice lady tried explaining it to me and I was doing what she asked me as we were on the phone but it wouldn t tighten She sail she ll have a word with someone who knows more about the item and get them to ring me If we can t sort it out then she will arrange a collection of both items and give me a refund Great service

Easy to find items both on the net and in hard copy catalogue Ordering is quick easy and orders are confirmed almost immediately Dispatch of orders appears prompt and deliveries were speedily made on time with no problems Most items are reasonable value for money
