Despite being an eBay customer for over 20 years with feedback 4000 and no negatives as buyer or seller my sales are having their payouts held for a month I contacted eBay support but they refused to change this How can it be justified for buyers to pay within an hour and eBay keep the money for a month

I bought two concert tickets on eBay After I purchased them the seller messaged me on eBay saying that he wanted twice as much money as he had offered them for and told me to meet him and pay him in cash the extra money When I refused he cancelled the items selecting the item is damaged option This prevents me from leaving him a negative review I won t get my money back for several days according to eBay eBay s system makes this easy to happen It is really hard to navigate the customer support and I could not find any way to talk to someone at eBay de Shameful company allowing fraud to occur on its website

ebay is becoming a home to dishonest sellers and ebay isn t helping either Recently I bought a smart watch and the strap pin retention hole in the watch body broke so the strap could not stay in place It was about 6 weeks after receiving the watch that this happened I asked for a refund but the seller homiedealstore446 started to reply to my emails such as we will give you some discount and we are making a loss on the postage When in the ebay system they rejected my refund application When I called to discuss this with ebay they were saying things like well we dont know when the hole broke and it is outside the 30 day money back guarantee I told them that everything in the UK that is sold by a retailer that is new must have a 12 month warranty they would not even accept that So dishonest sellers are using this reluctance from ebay to help out the buyer to reject refund requests knowing that the buyer has a tough job going through the legal process to get their money back What is more distressing is that the seller or ebay itself has disabled my ability to write my review for this seller

Buyer purchased a t shirt 24 days before deciding they want to return Received the return which when I opened it made me reach because of the disgusting odour smell we Refunded 50 of the 24 99 which almost covered our stock cost Buyer complained and gets fully refunded This is the time to get off this SCAM of a site as the seller is treated like they are doing wrong and they do not deserve our business

Have used Ebay for 9 Years As I buy and sell used guitars and parts have had many issues which get resolved That was he past Now I recently had an item sent through ebay s totally useless Pack link service They used evri Evri lost it They admitted error I refunded customer No compensation or useful helpful communication from eBay or packlink Will not use Ebay Pack link or Evri again

Another nazi seller on ebay de modellairport500 not selling to me because of my origin Way to go ebay this will end in lawsuit or bloodshed I promise you

I wanted to leave a feedback for Ebay de but as I can see of over 4k reviews almost all of them are 1 star What a bad company How can they possibly be still up Do not buy sell anything with them save your time and money I have tried so many times over the years and every time I am so fool to try again I get disappointed again Hope they fail forever and yes there should be an alternative Will someone create one
