Tom arrived and worked through everything in the house and the tank He is polite and didn t rush through it all I feel confident that my system has had a full service to a high standard He also helped with an app issue which we resolved and he was patient and understanding Excellent

Gentleman was very good Checked our heat pump and boiler for an hour and gave me good advice on keeping our heat pump in great working order

Servicing engineer arrived in very good time and did a very thorough and professional job on the system and the air source heat pump He drew attention to and shared details of the low glycol level and promptly took agreed remedial action to safeguard the efficiency of the whole system

Brilliant service could tell our unit got a proper service as he did things that others never have before house was a bit of an obstacle course but he dealt with it was very pleasant Good service

Routine service of our air source heat pump hot water and central heating system First time it has been done by this company and absolutely delighted with the quality of the service and sorting out a problem that I had put up with for a long time Tom the engineer figured out the issue straight away Also found the pressure gauge wasn t working topped up the glycol Came back today to change the faulty parts and the replacement was completed in a very short time This is the most comprehensive service we have had done to our system and I cannot fault the service or company personnel Very pleasing to find a good honest company that provides outstanding customer service these days Highly recommended

It s refreshing to deal with a company that goes out of their way to help I had a communication issue with my room thermostat and they emailed me a YouTube video for me to follow No need for an engineer this time as I managed to sort it with the guidance of the video They also followed up with an email to make sure all was well Cracking company can t recommend highly enough

Had a problem with my control panel and eco services tried very hard for me to resolve myself without the need for a call out with extra cost However that was not possible and so an engineer arrived within hours on the same day to sort Very efficient First class service Problem sorted

Great support today from Eco Services when dealing with a fault on our ASHP This is our first interaction after moving via our installer to a service plan with this company Super prompt reply and managed to sort the issue via telephone with an electrical engineer avoiding any call out fees
