Disappointed with size More specifically the size of the tabs They are not wide enough to fasten and still keep the pad flat

I ordered a pack of 6 in the smallest size and it was like wearing a maternity pad The material was nice and the quality was good but it was exceptionally bulky and uncomfortable to wear After seeing the good responses from the company to reviews and how they said they appreciate feedback I used the contact form on the website to say I wasn t happy with the product and I didn t get a response Update After sending an email at their request their response to this review I was told I could return the unused items only if I removed this review which I said was blackmail I found the customer service to be a bit rude and didn t apologise for the technical issues with their website which meant my message wasn t received I suggest using email to contact the company rather than their website as it might not go through Second update Since the company has replied saying what I ve said is untrue and quoted one of their emails I ll quote the email before which shows the ultimatum that I could only get a return if I removed my review I asked if I could return the unused item since my original email which they said they didn t receive was within their 30day period and this was the reply We can make an exception if you remove the review from Trustpilot We always give the customer the option to return the product if they are not satisfied That type of review does not reflect what our company is At no point did they apologise for not receiving my complaint and consequently not replying to it All I wanted was some polite customer service and thought maybe they would just offer me free delivery off another order or something But instead I wasn t given an apology and was told I could only return the item if I removed my review That s blackmail

The pads are not comfortable at all The design shape is awkward It doesn t stay where it has to stay The packaging where it was delivered wasn t hygenic I wouldn t recommend it

The reusable pads look OK but they just don t stay in place so I won t be using them

I made my order 9108 2 months ago and still haven t received it I ve tried contacting the company via email and instagram and haven t heard a thing I can t even contact them to get my money back

When I recieved the pads they were not the same design as in the photos They are completely square when unfolded and therefor take up a lot more space Also I find it annoying that the website has said 50 off today only for weeks

The pads are too thick for everyday wear and feels like a pillow between my legs They are slow to absorb the discharge Also they move around because they are not sticking to the panties The 1 set of buttons are not enough to keep them in the right place or orientation The only plus is that it s an alternative to the pads full of plastic It s on the right path but has a long way to go before I switch to them completely

I got the 6 pads free wet bag kit panty liner PAD KEEPS MOVING I ve been using these for about 3 weeks now and I have to say that I m quite disappointed I work as a nurse assistant walking about 3 km at work basically being on my feet constantly And the pad just keeps moving around It slides back and even spins around in my underwear The idea is great but maybe Velcro would be a better way of fastening it I would not recommend these if you have an active everyday life OVERPRICED When not being 50 they are valued as much as a brand new winter jacket That is extremely overpriced for 6 pieces of fabric with a button on them Shipped and came within estimated time Washed 3 times so far seems to hold

I bought these long pads for use post partum as they were advertised as maternity pads I was keen to use reusable pads for environmental reasons and hoped they would be more comfortable than disposable ones However I have found these pads to be very bulky and they always bunch up so have found them more uncomfortable than disposable ones As the material is quite thick I have found that the pads are not breathable After wearing them for 10 days I have become very sore around the perineum I am hugely disappointed with these pads and due to discomfort have had to revert back to using disposable pads Do you have a returns refund policy please

I love the idea In fact I bought more than one size and more than one model so both my girlfriend and I could have them We both have tried them and it didn t work for us In my case the problem is that they move a lot plus if you are biking you get pain in a really bad place In the case of my girlfriend they don t hold good the period and they make her period more smelly We both really LOVE the concept but it doesn t work at all for us
