Terrible product so uncomfortable

Many reasons why you should NOT ORDER from them I ve ordered pads a bit quickly after seeing an ad on my instagram feed That was stupid So they say UK based company but I quickly realised it does obviously NOT mean it is made in the UK Nowhere to be found on the website and social media where it is produced so yeah China it is right and god knows by who - which I personally try to avoid cause products made in china and sent by plane are NOT eco-friendly This is just bloody greenwashing I tried to cancel my order they said they couldn t I tried to return the product in accordance with the return policy on the website they ignored my mails twice Then they asked me why and offered a partial refund because what s the point for them to return something that cost them less 4 to produce When I complained about products being made in china message ignored And obviously they never came back to me concerning the refund Such a dishonest company - quite disgusted Dont order from them you have other options same price and actually made in the UK EDIT FOLLOWING COMPANY REPLYReply I actually encourage customers to read very nice piece of rhetoric writing exploiting the shortcuts and inaccuracies of my review to discredit my experience as a customer Well let s be a bit less anger-biased and a bit more factual and clarify a few points to the company - my order couldn t be cancelled fair enough You asked for the reason of cancel I told you about concerns about product being made in China and that email was left without answer I must say it annoyed me - I had sent 2 emails asking for the address to return the product but you must have missed them You replied to a message I sent online Without giving me the address otherwise you would have get it back long time ago And asking if I would like a discount That wasn t even the question Did I give up on the idea of return at this time yes - so I accepted the idea of discount by email on 12th april It is my sent box not my fault you didn t read it -Estimation of the price are made according to the label from customs where goods value is stated Might not take into account certain costs like transport etc ok -The review is NOT about quality of product - I couldn t tell I haven t tried them - but mainly about the lack of transparency - Still no mention to where it is produced Of course you are a UK company but is it MADE in the UK No mention anywhere - Small company struggling with pandemic So I m the bad guy right for you not doing your job correctly - I call you dishonest well you call me a liar Words against words Maybe I should have used more descriptive words such as lack of transparency about product provenance apparent reluctance with dealing with dissatisfied customers Anyway hope my review will help you better deal with customers in the future Honestly if you had just replied to my emails and answered my question about product there would be no review here - i never leave reviews usually Anyhow your products are not what I wanted and I am obviously not the kind of customers you want Let s say goodbye here it is a certainty you will never hear from me ever again

Awful product Very overpriced I tried to contact them but no reply to my email I wouldn t recommend

So I saw one of those ads in my feed over and over again and made the mistake of buying both pads and period panties from them That was the biggest mistake of my life Although the company shows as located in the UK the products are actually Chinese and shipped from China to you The parcel arrived from a sender known as Beijing Yanwen Logistics Co with office of origin know as BJ Mall Center China I have both order numbers in case you dispute this and yes it was your company aka ecoperiod caThey arrived in an ugly yellow envelope and bad packaging There was no returns label no invoice nothing The items were not even wrapped You merely put both pads and panties in an envelope That set the tone for the fraud that the products were When I wrote an honest review on their page they kept deleting the reviews They alleged that I was not their customer although in fact I have order emails order numbers the images of products and all evidence to prove it was them The products were ugly The material was cheap and as expected it was not as leak proof as they alleged I also noted that they have multiple other pages including Eco Woman on Facebook that sells the very same Ecopads You will notice that their other posts actually do not have comments unlike the one of 50 which is a proper sign of dealing with a low quality sub standard fraudulent Chinese products If you go to their other social media pages including Instagram their posts attract one or two comments Thankfully they will not be able to delete this review and hopefully I can save someone from buying this I have been able to save friends from making that mistake EDIT I am now responding to the response you gave I bought from you so I am not confusing you with anyone Just stop lying and deleting comments and responding with gaslighting comments Your products are from China You indicate that you are a UK company but you are sending customers low quality Chinese products Such a shame

Customer service was essentially non existant aside from this recurrent review email the products were not as described at all as the seamless were still had seams and elastic I tried emailing to cancel though a phone number would have been nicer especially immediately after order and then the products wouldnt have needed to be returned as they wouldnt have been sent Though again I emailed and got no response this latest order as the currency was not as I d expected on my credit card and no reply Emailed again and have now contacted my bank whom also have said emails also no reply I still wish to have a refund the reply your company speaks of is for the first time I ordered which was last year for your original under garments and you didnt have seamless at the time the second order is which I speak of received no reply to either of the 2 emails I had hoped the seamless was different and would be a better experiance however they were double the cost after checkout in CAD I m not sure how to reply to your comment but if you emailed me as you state you have Will reply to the only email in which I received 2020 21 in I can show you the emails from early march that you most definitely have not replied to

The pads aren t that absorbent and don t take away the moisture they also move around in the underwear unfortunately I went back to using disposable pads and wouldn t recommend

Gave them a wash as per the instructions The inner part seemed to disintegrate in the machine it formed a ridge in the middle and seemed very thin in parts I got a larger size based on advice left in a review but that size was much smaller than I expected and they did not fit Basically wasted my money I recommend other brands like modibody They are more expensive but much better quality Would return them but not worth the faff Just avoid

Unfortunately was not good for me I paid something about 90 Euro which twice that i usually pay for this kind of product i usually buy it on Gaya and its could not be more perfect But i wanted to try something new so i paid double price only to throw them away because the sizing is not the right one I usually wear 36 so i ordered S size it was my size but they are pretty tight on the hip bones which can be unhealthy and obviously very uncomfortable I thought they may stretch after some time but they didn t I wrote to customer support to ask if refund or another size is possible but nobody answered I mean they could answer at least no its not possible but they did not bother So i leave my honest review here
