Excellent Employee support

Excellent Employee support In the early stages when I registered with Education World as a full time student getting shifts to work was a problem as most schools were looking for full time teaching assistants Emma Kemp consistently assured me of finding part time roles which indeed happened Her regular updates and quick responses to queries were really encouraging I have recommended Education World to others and will keep doing so for their excellent employee support However there is more room for improvement

Interesting part of Teacher s work

I enjoyed covering exams especially With Education World who partner with school that gives opportunity to get trained as an invigilator this is a rare privilege I always look forward to exam period it gives me chance to exhibit what I learnt during the training and it s also the best period with students

Thanks to Richard and EW my move to the UK was very smooth Richard was such a great support to me with finding the perfect school which catered to my personality He was a very considerate mentor Very quiet pleasant and supportive I really appreciate the one-on-one sessions including the quality of his presentation and opportunity call as well as interview prep sessions which really made me comfortable and ready to make this step

Education World are a reliable and proactive recruitment consultancy who place education staff with schools They care about teacher wellbeing work hard on your behalf and Emma my consultant was thorough and consistent about negotiating the correct pay scale for me after AWR started on one longer term placement with one school and she cared about how supply staff are treated

Laura supported our Year 11 13 Mock Interview Event here at Whitburn Academy today and did a fantastic job supporting our students She went above and beyond by filling gaps caused by a couple of other provider absences which was very much appreciated and meant that all students had a positive experience Her support is very much appreciated

Nursery Practitioners

Fenwood nursery work really closely with James and the team from EW I can honestly say they helped us to survive last term With the demand for nursery places and the shortage of staff they were fantatsic James has also managed to find us some fanatsic permanent staff members Would 100 reccommend for any nurseries schools to use

I was working within 1 week of signing up with Education World

I signed up my DBS was approved I was working straight away I got made redundant from my old job it was such peace of mind to be able to join the agency I can t thank Amy enough for helping me find a placement that suited me I was able to try different placements and pick the one I liked best I am now working at a lovley school able to pick days that suit me per week which works perfectly Thank you Amy at Education World

Love the company

Everyone i have spoken to at education world have been lovely and super helpful I ve been there since juneI have alot of difficulties in myself and my own family that sometimes effect my work but Emma is so kind and understanding which makes me feel so free and I control of the work I do Not once has she ever got upset when I couldn t do something or get myself in a tizz I ve really enjoyed every job I ve taken

Never look back

I left my full time teaching job and had almost lost faith in myself and the profession After some time worrying that I would be out of full time work I signed up with education world and was swiftly set up with my DBS and first placements I wouldn t change it for the world To anyone thinking supply may not be for them Take the leap I can t thank the team at education world enough for being supportive and efficient Particular thanks to Bev for sorting me out with a long term placement which is allowing me to gain experience in a field of education that I hadn t had prior
