Stephen boyer sh te agent

The company itself is run great but whoever this so called agent Stephen boyer is what a joke of an agent you are Full of false promises and lies Asked a few times about returning too work and I was guaranteed my place back after the factory had closed for a few weeks Only to be completely ignored and left without a job Could of had the decency to tell me I wasn t returning or at least not blatantly lie to me that I would be coming back and then ignore my emails numerous times Absolute w nker

lip service and self serving avoid

This company looks the part at face value and say all the right things but when it comes down to the important stuff like checking their schools are run by competent staff and if schools are deccent they don t have a clue you will get a generic reply their seriously lacking they don t take concerns of their workers on board at all and if your really good at what you do and you point at safegaurding issues regarding the children they don t want to know its all too much paperwork to protect Paul heutenne will try and throw you under the bus because he dosn t listen and takes everything personally its not professional at all he is very arrogant self server avoid this place like the plauge In reply i say there are people in mcdonalds with more impressive gold stars they work harder for them too

False accusations on professional conduct

This company is just a disgrace To end contracts they make up lies about feedback from schools and try and use it to manipulate you to take anyroles they want and cant fill They represent male tutors and T A s terrible Unprofessional and two faced Paul dont listen to you he couldnt run a bath

Avoid cold calling used

Annoying supply agency that use cold calling techniques to try and recruit you to their company Repeated phone calls asking if I am looking for work yet repeatedly told them I have a job I have asked not be contacted yet they still do They claim to have seen my CV on a job site and receive alerts yet I have deleted my account so they must keep old CVs on file Disgraceful

A somewhat rude approach Unsure the recruiters know therir job role

This company has employees who believe that their inability to follow up with a client candidate is unprofessional on the client candidates part They proceed to use insulting language and not want to work with candidate again Much room for professional growth
