VERY UNPROFESSIONAL customer support team

I wish there was an option for 0 stars VERY UNPROFESSIONAL customer support team They will bug you in middle of the night until you register for the course once you register it seems their customer support team doesn t even exists I have tried calling multiple times on their 24 7 advertised number and not once someone has answered a call The person who sent me registration link didn t know how to send it to my account which I had created he asks me to create new account and sends the course to this new account and told me he will transfer the course to my first account In all this jumble non-sense they did not transfer the payment receipt Now when I am trying to reach them to receive my receipt I am not getting any responses back I would recommend not to waste your time with this unprofessional company

Worst experience with Edureka

Worst experience after registering for a course The tutor was very bad and we asked for a refund they rejected the refund request citing policy reasons I would never recommend this site for learning It s a effort waste and money waste

Very unprofessional team they will cancel the schedule less than 24 hours and still deduct money from the account and then says about refund policy Disagree to refund and only respond after many calls and emails I belong to different time zone than India but still calls on 2 44am on that time zone and expects me to answer calls and emails telling that I am not responding These are the names I have dealt with Roshan Mathawar SriNath Meera Suresh I have made 50 calls and emails still they couldn t help me out Please be aware of they tell you to join the class and what happens after enrolling

Edureka is FRAUD

Edureka is FRAUD They lie about course dates before you register They tell you new batches become available every week blah blah blah Once you pay you will not find dates available and you cannot get your money back either Beware of anyone from so called sales team a k a SCAM team especially someone named RICARDO with an Indian accent he will most like block you after you make payment and you won t get any payment receipt either Pay close attention to these positive reviews here if you are in North America or anywhere else in the world besides India you can clearly see that they are a sham Listen to what real people are saying and stay away from these fraudsters for your own good Efforts in North America to protect innocent people from falling for these fraudsters

Not so helpful with resolving the issues

On website it says 24 7 but when you have issue to resolve they are not there executive person who help to get course is nowhere to see once you pay the money opened a ticket and called so many time didn t get issue resolve

Dont trust them they are excited to collect money but never respond back after you pay and do what they want doesn t keep the agreement This is happening only since last 6 months

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH EDUREKA

Edureka had so many issues with DevOps Masters which I signed up for After the first 2 weeks of huge disappointment I requested a refund and I was tossed between several Indian customer care staff made worse by their time zone The refund never came I requested for my account to be deleted because there is nowhere on their portal you can delete your account how I didn t want to further pay for such a poorly designed course They have as of now deducted another sum from my card EDUREKA CANNOT KEEP SCAMMING PEOPLE

HORRIBLE Experience

I had such an unpleasant experience with Edureka They are fraud for sure 80 of the course I signed up were recorded classes including orientation Who in the world has orientation as recorded welcome I will never understand I could have easily gotten much more worthy recordings from youtube and for free Waste of money and they did not give my money back when I tried to cancel These people should be called out their scandals Based on my experience with them I am pretty the 5 star rating reviews were all written by their staff who sit idle without taking support calls I woudn t recommend Edureka to anyone

I decided to cancel the course and get

I decided to cancel the course and get a refund before the class started As previously mentioned customer service team literally harassers you in trying to keep the course I even opened a PayPal dispute so now I m being harassed on both side Very pushy and unprofessional They keep sending me WhatsApp messages in the middle of the night talking over you pushing their agenda and finding every excuse in the book not to refund I m done with this nonsense
