Pushing to sell their product ignoring your issue

I wanted to check this website out and firstly get in touch with it by looking at their free courses Was a good experience so far but I noticed some of their example codes being a little bit broken not showing the symbols they were supposed to show so I decided to message them via their contact form and asked if they could maybe at some point look over that course and fix the broken example codes since for a new learner it s not really helpful to read the code when it s not showing what it s supposed to show Without adressing my question at all they responded to me and instantly just asked if I m interested in their paid courses and tried to get me to buy them No mention of the question I asked whatsoever After I told them I m not interested they just stopped replying and still no mention of the issue I asked them about DO NOT use their contact form unless you want them to contact you simply for selling their products I get that they want to sell their content and I m sure it s good but honestly them ignoring my question completely and straight up trying to sell me their product instead HEAVILY did put me off Usually I would give the lowest rating but still 2 because they still offer alot of free good content that s open for everyone to read and watch

The support needs to be more courteous

The support needs to be more courteous and kind and not disconnect the call some of us from the US have had bad experience in regards to the service their Manager never once called and showed any empathy towards the issue we were having even after sending emails Ben Kanhaiya and Shaurya have been pretty helpful and have done more than their best The Instructor Abhisekh for Informatica is good and he will go over the subject if the group does not understand which is really good My feed back is to customer support team up to speed and teach to professional polite and precise I would advise the customer support team to learn from Shaurya Ben Khaniya and Abhisekh

There telephonic support is pathetic

There telephonic support is pathetic every time you call no one is able to hear and you will never recive a call back making it more frustrating so if you are not able to attend live classes keep wondering for your queries to get them resolved

Selenium certification is a loss of money

I did Selenium certification with Edureka Its a waste of money They spend 50 of their time teaching java basics which any kid would have learned in college The major upmarket tools and topics which they promised like AutoIT Sikuli framework development keyword Headless Browser Testing using HtmlUnitDriver Headless Browser Testing using PhanthomJSDriver

I am having bad experience with

I am having bad experience with edureka They get their mock interview s done from third party which dosent respond before 4 days and lie about timing No one is available to answer your questions 24 7 Actually they have no professional tutor available at all LMS content and slides has a lot of information and people in the support team try their best to help you but again if they don t have any knowledge about the the course how can they help out

For the agent I am giving 5 star rating

For the agent I am giving 5 star rating but I asked them for help around 3pm but as the slots were not available I rescheduled it to 5pm I believe more agents should be available to support Kumar was really helpful but he was like rushing to end the support in the middle of installation as he has got other appointment at 9 00PM This doesn t mean good support as I need to cancel my other appointments for edureka s has less agents to support

Average quality spammers

I took their PowerBI course Dozens of hours of what could have been fit into just a few eDx s course on PowerBI is much more concise and to the point and it is free Though I wouldn t post this review if Edureka weren t complete spammers Though I asked them 5 times not to send me any of their promotions they ignore my requests and keep spamming
