Even though we were not customers of Efans I phoned for help on a fan controller supplied and fitted by someone that kept burning out Within 24hrs Efans had spoke to manufactures found it was not suitable for the job and advised a replacement that would do the job and be safe in a kids play centre FIRST CLASS SERVICE MANY THANKS DEEPINGS CARAVAN PARK

Straight forward purchase by the company But the second party wholesaler who actually supplied unit and organised delivery were not as efficient they did not provide any tracking information although the item was delivered promptly although I had no idea when this was going to be But I cannot blame efans for this or review would be 2 star

Received new Vent Axia MHR unit Very competitive price and a great after sales experience There was an issue with the 3rd party courier which delayed the delivery but Geoff Natalie did everything they could to track it down and keep me updated throughout I would highly recommend efans co uk for all your heating ventilation needs Thanks

The Pozidry Pro fan has made such a difference to our lives We no longer have to wipe condensation off the windows and mould has become a thing of the past Even though you can feel a gentle cold draught when standing directly under the vent the whole house feels warmer as all moisture is driven from the property I don t know how I ever lived without one E-fans have been incredibly helpful with their technical support before purchase and the delivery was so fast When I ran into an issue with the unit supplied they were quick and positive in their response to get it sorted and get me back up and running again
