5 STARS My sisters and I were in tears trying to figure out how to get dad the long term care he needed Shawna at Eldercare was extremely knowledgeable and experienced We put our worries and trust in Eldercare and it was the best thing for us and our dad I could reassure dad that he would get the medical care he needed and that his finances were protected to care for mom We will definitely use Eldercare again if needed It was worth it

Eldercare Resource Planning was almost essential to getting my husband on Medicaid I felt like I was spinning my wheels trying to deal with the Medicaid website and always receiving a recording on the phone This caused me to look for another resource I admit at the beginning we balked at the cost but after being so frustrated trying to do it on my own I was willing to give them a shot It was worth every penny The most important thing to me was their timely communication We also like their straightforward understandable instructions Was it still a lot of work yes but at least I felt like we were headed in the right direction something was being done and we were not alone in this quest
