Bad and inaccurate information to Driver

Leon during my las conversation with you you help me but also gave me some incorrect information about SPLIT Hours you said that I could rest for seven hours and then driving for seven hours then resting for three hours and that these rules were already implemented on ELD HOS this is totally incorrect from your part according to the website of FMCSA these rules will go into effect the earliest is September 15 2020 We drivers CAN NOT USE the split HOS hours until after September 29 2020 not before I waited the next seven hours resting and ELD MANDATE HOS is not updated so I had to wait 10 hrs before I could drive again I spoke to Lucy and she confirmed that this feature is not available on ELD HOS taken by all these reviews I read they are all the same which you guys are asking US drivers to write a nice review that xyz agent was very nice and helpful this is not very good for your business and is deceiving for future customers and you guys will never know where to implement service on areas that need improvement the only way to make sure you improve on your company s customers service and quality of product is by US writing an honest and accurate review hope these helps Sincerely Alex Torres Torrex Transportation Inc

Don t try to cancel their service

Our company went local only in February 22 and called to cancel my subsciption I was told someone from that department would contact me within 2 hours This has gone on for about 6 weeks now as it is now April 19 So I have been billed now for two extra cycles and each time I call it is the same thing Someone will call you within 2 hours So now my only alternative is to contact my bank and stop payment Other than that the service has been OK the devices do not connect well with the trucks and the drivers must keep connecting the device back I paid for my IFTA miles to be tracked but that has never worked at all 4 years I do think this is a great device if you are trying to deceive DOT as you can go to paper logs at almost any time and just tell them that your ELD has failed because it will and does often Anyway just a heads up
