Worst company to do business with
Worst company to do business with They have terrible customer service and take forever to answer and they are not helpful Jewelry is also over priced and not worth it It discolors so fast and looks so cheap They also mess up on orders then threaten to charge you for incorrect items they send you when it was their fault I had an item canceled due to it not being an available for a few weeks They wouldn t refund money only would issue gift card It wasn t a return it was canceled Then they took for ever to send me the gift card information and wouldn t answer emails or messages and blocked me on insta

I will not recommend this company to anyone
I will not recommend this company to others Everything was fine slow deliveries until you need a return or help with an item Customer service is nonexistent No matter how many times you email which is the only communication available they keep using the same link and you can t find the new reply I also find them to be dishonest And that is the biggest red flag along with no human customer service Run from this company

What a great company who really cares about each of us I was really nervous to order from the reviews but I couldn t have been more happy with the quick shipping and kind customer service when I accidentally sent a gift to the wrong address The stickers with your jewelry are the sweetest touch and the girls who work there were just so nice and helpful I can t wait to order more pieces for myself and as gifts
