Excellent company only place I purchase my heets from Prompt delivery great price never had any issues I would love it if a subscription service could be set up so I don t have to remember to order

They updated delivery instructions on the day of delivery to help DPD find my house easier because DPD said they had trouble finding it and because of DPD s odd rules it then had to come the next day They gave me a full refund for the delivery amount so cannot complain at all Very fast customer service

Delivery issue

Had a problem with my delivery Package failed to arrive ET were quick to respond and resolved issue politely and efficiently A Tracking number when item dispatched would be helpful

I have been with shopping with The Electronic Tobacco for a number of years now and have found their products and delivery utterly faultless never until recently have I had a problem Unable to get the year for my date of birth without manually scrolling from 2004 to 1957 Not good Scott sent me a link I couldn t access it In short Scott was quick with replies extremely patient and we finally got it sorted

My experience with this company

My first order was sceptical due to the price so ordered on my credit card then boom order arrived quickly for the price advertised Second order the same boooooom another good order and every one since if you order on a friday you might have to wait until mondauy or tuesday for the order which slashes the logistic time they advertise but most days it is a day or two I order Nordic Spirit on the regular and will carry on doing so These guys are properly worth the time to order I have no problem with slamming bad companies but these folk have been top drawer every time

The best customer service I left a poor product review and the team contacted me immediately and put everything right including testing and replacing parts on my purchase I can t recommend them highly enough That s on top of incredibly prompt delivery and generally excellent products received at good prices Thanks to the Customer Services Team and all who sit behind them

Best value for money I have found Free delivery on orders over 10 I was astounded at how quick delivery was - ordered at about 9am Monday morning arrived about 10am Tuesday morning Excellent service and will definitely be using again
