I was in the market for a double coin cell battery compartment for a special project and after searching the web the for 20 minutes or so I came across a photo of the item and clicked on the sponsor link under Electromaker The item was ordered a confirmation email was sent and 3 days later UPS sent a confirmation of shipping for the item A few days later UPS confirmed a delivery date the day of delivery went on into the evening when another update was sent by UPS informing me that my package had been damaged some how during the delivery phase and would be returned back to the shipper Once I informed the company about what happened the immediately sent out a replacement that arrived in 2 days which was much faster than the original order the only reason why I rated this transaction 4 Stars is the amount time it took to get the product minus the UPS incident

Parts showed up a day later than promised but there were no other issues and everything worked as expected I would order from them again

I ordered the wrong part and the response to my weekend email was answered on Monday

Easy to order Only issue I had was that the 300 degree advertised rotation is only available outside the usual 1000ms to 2000ms pulse width of most RC receivers

great prices great diversity of products website is a bit clunky slow sometimes and also in general lacks technical information I have to google the item separately to see datasheets and what not

Ordered from Electromaker as their prices were competitive and I wanted to support them as I like the weekly videos Happy with their part of the order Unfortunately UPS charged a 37 Canadian processing fee for a 130 Can order plus the GST charged by the Canadian government Makes it too expensive to order from overseas again

It had what I needed and shipping was fast The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is due to the packaging There was no bubble wrap or any other type of cushioning in the box so my motor was just being tossed around inside the box during shipping

It s very handy to have a human-friendly user interface to find some of Mouser s vast inventory of parts And very disappointing when Electromaker doesn t support some searches for basic necessities I could not find some basic staple supplies and I would have purchased them if I could Contrast this to sparkfun com who sells me solder plain old resistor and capacitor kits leds that are just leds and knobs switches only your mother could love but we all know we need these things every day So yes Electromaker has a potent selection of mcu peripherals but lacks some ordinary things to make it a one-stop shopping experience When I have looked for stock parts on Mouser I often give up because a search for a 1 4 watt 2 2k ohm resistor yields pages of results If Electromaker gave me a limited set of valid reasonable choices it would be awesome
