Awesome customer service representatives are very helpful I paid extra to deliver my phone within 3 days I waited 2 weeks for my phone to arrive and so I called them and they were very sorry and gave offered me a partial refund with overnight shipping or cancel for full refund i went ahead for the partial refund and within the next day i got my new phone Thank you guys so very much
