Fantastic speedy service

Very polite and professional They are very efficient and came to fix my mum s boiler within ten minutes as they were in the area Very kind and honest putting my mum s mind older lady at ease and also explained to her how to fix the pressure drop if it happens again Thank you so much

Good reliable service

Good reliable service Frankie quickly fixed a long standing problem with our shower pump and returned to put new sealant round the shower tray Would certainly recommend Elite Heating for any job large or small

Reliable great service again

Used Elite Heating again after the last job was so well done Frankie managed to replace kitchen tap that I could never reach under sink As well as that at same time he sorted out the pipe work kick when washing machine filled Needed a shock arrester fitted I am not bad at DIY but this was a new one to me It works a treat and no more thinking pipe work might burst split

From the initial phone call to the job the experience was good They were very clean and tidy and it s obvious they want to provide good customer service They were recommended by a relative and we weren t disappointed

Frankie is absolutely amazing I have 8 apartments and would always use Frankie for all plumbing work He is reliable knowledgeable efficient and so helpful He really goes above and beyond I highly recommend him and his company 5 stars from me The very best service

We needed our boiler serviced and a replacement kitchen mixer tap fitted On recommendation we booked Elite Heat and are very happy with the quality of service and workmanship provided They are very knowledgeable approachable and friendly and clean and tidy workers nothing s too much trouble I would highly recommend

Boiler fixed quickly

My boiler was leaking and Frankie and the team managed to pinpoint the problem really quickly They managed to fit me in around other planned jobs which was extremely helpful They were all really friendly and also neat and tidy The price was reasonable and I felt I could really trust their advice and their pricing My boiler is old and previous heating engineers have tried to up-sell me a new boiler there and then which I was grateful that Frankie didn t do I highly recommend them
