Brilliant and professional service

The admin team from Elite Heat were really responsive when booking us in then the guys who came over were friendly communicative and did an extremely professional job They even sorted out an additional issue they hadn t quoted for at minimal extra cost I was impressed and will use them again

New boiler install

Elite heat Ltd Newcastle upon Tyne Frankie replaced the aged boiler with a new one Great careful job removing the old one and no damage to any tiles and so on which I thought would be impossible The new one installed and is working so well Very pleased with Frankie s recommendation of this model The pipework is so tidy and gleaming almost a pity to box it in Much better than the original Would recommend without hesiatation

Boiler service toilet repair

I contacted Elite Heat to service the boiler and repair a toilet that wouldn t flush I cannot fault their service - toilet fixed boiler serviced no mess very friendly prompt professional Covid safe and a good price Elite Heat would be the first people I d call if I ever need any work doing in the future

Frankie did a great job yet again servicing our boiler Always explains everything clearly and completes a very thorough job I greatly recommend this company for their reliable and professional work which is very competitively priced

Worth waiting

I had to wait about 10 days because my work wasn t urgent but it was well worth waiting They turned up when they said they would solved my plumbing problem were polite professional and friendly left no mess and were reasonably priced Couldn t ask for more

Great company and love our new bathroom

Georgia and Frankie have been amazing throughout the renovation of our bathroom The job kept being hit with problems which were no fault of them and it was taken in their stride Even with the issues arising they were professional and did the job to the best standards The communication was great and we were kept in the loop with everything We won t use anyone else for our plumbing and heating needs

An excellent job very well done

An excellent job replacing hot water heat exchanger plate in my boiler It is now working perfectly New kitchen tap also fitted - very happy with these jobs and will certainly use again when necessary I highly recommend this company
