Stay Away From This Company This company is going out of business I canceled my account in March and they billed me for April May and June even though their WHCMS system showed the account canceled They claimed this was an error I sent over 50 messages on their chat and each time there was a You will be refunded shortly The bottom line they never refunded my payments and tried to run out the clock with messages saying I would be refunded in 3 weeks I don t normally write bad reviews but I need to warn potential users about this I believe they are going out of business and thus they are cash strapped and need to scam customers I have the documentation to back it up Additionally - if you file a PAYPAL complaint against them DO NOT LISTEN TO THIS COMPANY if they tell you to cancel those complaints so they can refund you Stupidly I did and they never refunded me and I could not open the complaints again UPDATE 1 1 23 - You refunded 1 of 3 payments that you told me you would refund Any decent company would simply refund all 3 payments immediately I should report this to the FTC and the Texas AG for how you told me you would refund me and for 4 months you never did Really shady - do not play semantic games here You owed me 2 payments for several months and never gave them That s what a fly-by-night company does not any reputable company

I won t talk about every problem as there would be a lot more to say but I have to give you my horrible experience 01 08 23 I contact them in the goal of leasing a subnet 04-06 08 23 They seem to be able to suit my needs so I try to buy a subnet plus a server but there are problems Firstly depending on which page I look the specifications of the NVME 128 server aren t the same You first see unmetered bandwidth but when you buy it it says 50 TB which the company confirmed it is They also say 2 x 2 TB SSD but when you buy it it s only 960 GB they confirmed it was in fact 2 x 2 TB but I had to add a second disk which added cost Secondly the credit card option isn t working PayPal is the only alternative it seems to have been resolved now I find out that you can pay on the PayPal page without a PayPal account so I do it It should now take them at most 12 hours to set up the server their words 07 08 23 They announce they are purchasing new hardwares meaning it will take more time 13 08 23 The server is finally usable but again problems appear The biggest one being with the subnet it doesn t suit my needs at all I was extremely clear from the start that I needed something particular they explicitly stated that they were able to deliver that They said I had to wait for the subnet to become what I wanted it to be 17 08 23 I waited more than planned I contacted them again about the issue they said that what I wanted wasn t possible which doesn t make sense for two reasons Firstly it s simply not true Secondly why would they say they have it when they don t or can t Following this I ask for a refund as they lied multiple times another example the CPU of the server I got wasn t the advertized one and wasn t as good and were completely unable to deliver what I asked for 19 08 23 After a bit of arguing they finally accept my demand my order will be refunded 02 09 23 Many messages later many excuses later I m still waiting for the refund it was said to take 3 days at most it s been 2 weeks already 20 02 24 A few more messages later I m still trying to get my refund in vain They even tried to get me to delete my reviews in exchange for a PARTIAL refund Even for a full one I won t

Worst Server Experience False Promises Poor Performance

I purchased three servers from Elite Server Management expecting high-performance 64-core machines with a 1Gbps network connection as advertised However my experience was completely disappointing Slow Performance Despite being 64-core the servers were slower than even 32-core alternatives I ve used before The CPU performance was abysmal making it clear that these were either poorly optimized or oversold machines Terrible Network Speed They claim to provide a 1Gbps network but in reality the connection was worse than 50Mbps This made running any serious workload nearly impossible Wasted 3 Months Money I tried working with them for three months hoping things would improve but the service remained unreliable Eventually I had to cancel all three servers resulting in a complete waste of both time and money Not Recommended Based on my experience I cannot recommend Elite Server Management to anyone looking for serious server performance Their promises do not match reality If you re considering this provider stay away and look for better alternatives
