Was worried about service plan but not anymore just one phone call and 5 mins later all sorted lady on other end of phone was professional knew what she was talking about and can t rate her anyhigher Great job guys

Unfortunately I can t remember the ladies name who delt with me today but she was incredibly helpful Due to a bank mistake my direct debit had messed up but lucky she was very patience and help me sort it I have used the company for the past 3 years and I m very happy with the service I have now renewed for 2 more thanks to the patient lady sorry i don t know remember your name and will definitely use again

I called to sort out an issue with my payments The phone was answered very quickly and I spoke to a very polite and professional gentleman I want to say Jason but I m terrible with names so apologies if I ve got that wrong My problem was solved instantly and everything I needed to sort was addressed Very easy company to deal with no complaints whatsoever This is how you run a customer service centre
