Terrible wallet funding process and terrible customer service I sent a bank transfer over a week ago to fund my wallet and their third-party payment services Gem and Coinify claim they have not received it I have been bounced around between the three companies customer service teams all of which have been absolutely useless and Ember is not taking any responsibility for my payment not being received nor is Gem I sent Coinify the payment service Ember uses all the information they requested and my bank s transfer confirmation and their only response is that they did not receive the funds and there is nothing they can do So I am currently out almost 1000 euros and have to ask my bank to reverse the transfer -- not to mention all the stress this situation is causing me I send bank transfers frequently to other investment accounts and this has never happened This is the first and last time I do business with Ember Gem or Coinify
