This is not a stable product

I wanted to import some recurring dates to the calendar Unfortunately since then the dates appear every day in the calendar Even when I tell them to appear only monthly or al 6 month This is the case for the imported dates but allthough for new recurring dates I put by hand in the calendar To the calendar has become useless for me

Cannot do anything

This is not a stable product Every time it is opened something else is wrong or disappears This time all my calendars disappeared Support is not good and no way someone can get support is through the community unless you pay extra I ve had this product for several years and it has not worked properly since I got it I would not recommend purchasing this product do to product issues

A great deal of spam ends up in my account which I don t see in gmail It drives me crazy 10-12 a day porno pics too I have NO confidence in the system at all I used Thunderbird for years It was great until they destroyed it If it ain t broke don t fix it

Unable to change fonts and more

Email addresses lost unable to change fonts for either incoming or outgoing emails even though new font was applied and saved I don t like this program at all

I don t like the help being offered in the forums Gary is not helpful And I am a paying customer Calling it VIP support is grossly incorrect There is no mapping of future releases nor a proper channel to request new features Gary seems to be in charge and shoots down ideas without having them brought to the attention of a developers staff The email client is missing basic features that Gary seems unwilling to accept or consider

Save your buck not worth it

Every hotmail account that works perfect without issues on other mail client stops working in eM client this is very frustrating The window that appear on the screen every few minutes when is syncing the mails drives me crazy So no sorry i had to stop working with eM client not worth it

I have used emclient for about 5 years

I have used emclient for about 5 years I have been very happy with it I got used to the way it worked and probably used it over 1000 times About 4 weeks ago its communication with my server broke down The information it provided said I should type my user name and password to recover the connection I tried and tried many times without success I asked for help from EMClient without success Just the same old message I gave up and now use another programme Very dissapointed with the backup You have lost me

The app is not user-friendly

The app is not user-friendly I have had to contact techs at my local computer store to even set up my Contact list and it still is not working correctly I do not have a business and do not need a mailing list All of the tips I could find online with Google search were not geared towards a user looking for just an app to use to send receive and print simple email correspondence Too many bells and whistles

em client can t send a 5mb attachment

Can t send a 5mb attachment from the latest version on Windows 11 box Sits in outbox forever Had em client for several years and there never used to be a problem like this It started happening in version 8 and so I upgraded to the latest Same problem Sending the same email via the web portal to my exchange server email service takes 5 seconds The forum is a joke Several people reported similar problems over the years with no resolution posted VIP support is only email support They ll give it a little attention and then no reply to email until they feel like it

I do not like that the original email

I do not like that the original email comes back with the reply and it usually comes back in tiny writing There is very little I like about the program but my tech says it is the best of a bad lot
