This client is not user-friendly

Messages window are super slow to open The filtering options are not so great Missing features for automatic archiving and cleaning No easy switch to unformatted text mode Takes time to start loading new messages after computer was suspended But great looking modern interface

Updates for changes

This client is not user-friendly unless you work in IT The search bar is way off on the far right side of the masthead not an intuitive location along with other features buried under the upper ribbon If I had not received this client for free I would not have kept it

Not much to like here for me

1 The backup option is not default as once I got SMTP error so I thought of removing account and again adding it as i am new it I did not know if I do so my all mails will be gone So please make the backup default 2 If I will login to different device the previous mails will not be there 3 If I sent the mail from one device then in other device sent folder it will not be shown

I am really struggling since changing

Not much to like here for me It s painfully slow despite my 1Gb fibre connection and high-end PC on top of which it forgets simple settings such as what to do with JPGs Worst of all though is it s random approach to email filing time and again I find emails missing on emclient and have to log into web mail in order to find them which pretty much defeats the object

I have issues with sending out attached files and embedded photos

I am really struggling since changing over to this system At first thousands of old emails reappeared and I lost some that I needed to keep Now the system suddenly has decided that it does not recognise people that I have emailed regularly for many years so won t allow me to send an email to them Utterly frustrating

Really like the emclient

I have issues with eM Client sending out files with large attachments I paid extra for access to technical support Technical support just said the problem is with your anti-virus software talk to them No effort was made to resolve the problem Likewise I had to go through a middle man to even get to technical support which was all email No personal contact Also its search mechanism is inadequate Other aspects such as its filing mechanism I like

Free version expires eventually

Really like the emclient but it has a really hard time sychronising folders it just won t do it It says in the operations log that it looses connection with the server while a competing email client just works but I rather use eMClient

They lie when they say there is a free version The license expires even if you re using only features that are supposed to be offered for free Then if you wish to retain any information settings you created during the free trial that you were not informed was a trial you have to pay Mailspring turned out to be MUCH better for my needs I just need a simple email app

Takes too Long to download attachments

It puts important messages into the Junk file without any initiation on my part Also do not like the fact that it will only allow me to send a mass email message to a few people at a time Outlook would let me send one message to my list of students 150-175 in one attempt The address book is not as user-friendly as the one was on the old outlook

Wrong language

It takes infinitely long to download any attachment There is definitely no issue with the system since I am able to download all attachments perfectly well in windows mail gmail both It is only a problem specifically with eM Client Would really appreciate if I can get a solution for this Other than this problem everything else is great
