Its not as expected

Its not as expected compare with even some of the free Soft like foxmail Mainly search emails by keywords or subject its very poor another as said by emclient attached preview cant other then Jpeg

Problems I m Experiencing

I dislike the fact that the messages open up automatically whereas I prefer to check out if I know the sender prior to opening I m getting a lot of pop ups on the right side which interferes with the ability to read the message Also there is no close button feature when finished with the message

Your app is not very intuitive

Your app is not very intuitive Your editor is very poor Spell checker is very inadequate That said it s better than several others I ve tried recently And this survey is way too broad or generalized

The product is great but

The product is great but trying to use it with Apple iCloud email is extremely painful I needed to setup an app-specific password using my AppleID which is normal It worked well for three weeks or so then problems arose Unfortunately there is a bug somewhere in the connection that causes the connection to start breaking after only a few hours It needed a new app-specific password to be created After about 20 iterations of this in a week I threw in the towel and reverted to Outlook I paid for three licences and am not actively using any of them at the moment I need all of my email accounts in one place Email services other than Apple did seem fine though I am disappointed as the product did everything I needed

Has some potential but still can t compete with Outlook

This client has a much nicer interface than outlook and is easy to navigate It has great potential with tags However there are some serious limitations such as the impossibility to colour code availability Busy tentative free other than using tags no double timezone in the calendar no way to find related emails other than using conversations which many dislike and is not reliable It is also slower than Outlook to start and to open items It looks too much like a beta version for a software in its 9th version I had to revert to Outlook despite buying a license

The messages do not download in a timely way I am always having to diagnose to fix to get all my messages downloaded to my computer It takes a very long time

I like unified inbox

I like unified inbox I do not like I cannot forward exchange o365 calendar event as an invite It constantly throws sync error on different mailboxes It happened several times that i accepted exchange o365 calendat event and it got deleted instead So I stopped using it and got back to outlook

Time zone in appointments are changed automatically

My data is synchronized via Exchange Server In the calendar appointments the time zone is changed sporadically For example the time zone is switched from standard CET to West African or UTC This is very problematic because you may miss appointments
