Recently completed a holiday trip booked through Emirate s Holidays I truly cannot fault this company in any aspect The booking system was really easier to navigate communications were timely and easy to follow and the meet and greet at the destination airport was a really pleasant surprise We landed in male and the resort normally meet you but we felt very special having an Emirates rep meetings us and then handing us over to the resort 5 star service from booking to returning home

Absolutely superb customer service from Emirates holidays They put the customer at the heart of their proposition throughout the process - from the original booking where we waited less than five minutes to speak to an advisor to the advisor suggesting a slightly earlier holiday date to save us over 1 000 to us being picked up from our home the wonderful service at the airport lounge onboard friendliness and quality of the service to being dropped off at our hotel in Mauritius - an absolutely top class service Have always used BA but like so many other people have been completely put off as they no longer care about the customer Emirates are in a different league and we have already booked with them for our 2025 holiday We have recommended them to family friends and are our airline of choice from now on in Can t thank them enough for making our whole holiday experience such a memorable one If you re looking for a first class customer experience at competitive prices then look no further than Emirates holidays

Emirates excellent holiday

Emirates was excellent from start to finish The flight was comfortable food excellent and the ICE entertainment had everything The hotel we stayed in was the Rixos the Palms Jumeriah and our transfer organised by emirates was excellent and on time

First time with Emirates Holidays booking on line was very straightforward and our one subsequent question was answered promptly on their WhatsApp Emirates fly from Newcastle direct to Dubai which was why we used them To be honest we had or needed very little interaction as emails concerning holiday flight tickets transfer information were all received in plenty of time A special mention for the private transfers from to airport and hotel very well organised and really nice cars All these little things made up to a fantastic experience and will definitely use Emirates Holidays again

Happy with experience

My second time I spend my holiday with Emirates Holidays This time we flew to our destination with Emirates business class with access to lounge in Heathrow airport and chauffeur transfers Hotel was nice with full board and beautiful weather On our return we again had chauffeur transfer and access to Dubai lounge Our return flight was memorable as we had opportunity to get upgrade to First Class which we took it I am very happy with all my experience during flights with Emirates and my holiday spend in Dubai
