Excellent Customer Service I had to return a motherboard I ordered and they refunded me the entire cost minus the shipping It was a little difficult finding a shipping place that would send to China with tracking that would not charge you an arm and a leg but I found a reputable inexpensive place in San Diego Empower Jesse was very accommodating and even sent me his ID when the shipping company required it It took about three weeks but I got my refund I would definitely buy from them again

Quality Parts Excellent packaging for the long trip to my country
I ordered a motherboard for an older HP laptop It took a while to arrive but they provide tracking which is updated every few days--it was well worth the wait The packaging was excellent--when I shook the box nothing moved The MB was brand new It also came with the watch battery I followed 4 YouTube videos to know how to tear down my laptop and I documented each step and put the screws and other parts in small cups that I also labeled I am happy to say that my computer booted up and works great I am not a techie just a regular person Empower Laptop sells great quality new parts and they enabled me rescue an old laptop that was not worth taking to the pros Thanks so much

Got my ASUS Sabertooth 990FX rev 2 0 within time it suppose to be package was to be picked from Post Office on my ID properly secured with lots of wrap pushed into tight box and amount of tape was mental IO shield battery and even Sata cable included Big fat fragile sticker on it Mobo itself seems to had a hard life in past but resoldered caps looks good reballed north bridge takes overvolt like champ nicely cleaned up and brand new pad under vrm heatsink is a nice touch Clean C-grade visually so far it eats 5ghz 8 core vishera on prime95 without a sweat from last 24 hours Took 20mhz on FSB and VRM voltage output on fluke is in expected range BIOS stable all safety triggers work Latest UEFI was also installed on it Solid buy properly refurbed motherboard I dont think It gonna live long anyways but for now it will do its work Definitely worth to check this company again in future
