Ordered items in September still haven t arrived Tried following tracking number it states on the account delivery failed on 4th October customer refusal why would we refuse a parcel we ordered and paid for Nobody rang the doorbell as we were in at the time stated On the 5th of October the account states the package is abnormal and put away complete WHERE ARE THE GOODS Tried ringing on 96441851 always engaged Know wonder if this is the service they provide EBAY should be aware of this

Corrupt company working with internet scams
No help denies responsibility for any tracking or loss of package 4PX is a company thats works with other scam companies to help with making them seem real They may have some legit package services but the other companies say they use these guys and most likely get a cut from the people ripped off and there is just no such products being sent with them

They literally delivered to the complete wrong address despite all of address information I ve put is correct How on earth could you get that so wrong The place they ve delivered my parcel too is no where near where I live and there is no way to contact them Absolutely ridiculous

My Parcel is in Transit for 29 Days and Updated 24 Days ago Where is it
I ordered something from an Company in Texas USA and believed it will be shipped from there but I then got a tracking number from 4PX I m now waiting 29 Days already and Status wasn t updated since 24 Days That s not acceptable if they have difficulties alright but at least update the damn Status because else I must assume it s some scam and will request a chargeback

Uses SingPost tracking numbers Use 17track and manually select 4px as carrier
First some reviewers don t seem to understand the difference between a postal operator and a courier 4PX uses SINGPOST Singapore post S10 standard tracking numbers in my case LP111111111SG But if you use Singapore post track page you get partial info You need to use 17track or 4px own tracking page I m giving it 1 star because for 10 days it has been in limbo having left Singapore en route to Hong Kong but no Hong Kong post tracking info yet Even with covid this is unacceptable
