It was a really good way to put all the move in checklist items in one place rather than having to go to website after website and risk missing something It probably has some pre-made selections to use which adds a few options that weren t relevant to my move in but it was all in all quite a nice time saver and helped mitigate the frantic nature of move in

I love my apartment at Waterford RiNo

Waterford RiNo has been amazing When I came and toured with Dayla she was so friendly and inviting it really made me want to live here And now that I ve moved in I ve seen that all the management and maintenance team are that way They even sent out a last minute email to warn residence that there was a tow truck on out street And the apartment and complex are perfect The apartment has all the extra touches And the amenities in the complex are the BEST around The pool is gorgeous and the gym has everything you could need I m very happy I chose Waterford RiNo

The elevators are spacious and clean There is enough room to maneuver through the halls The optional cart makes carrying multiple or heavy large pieces easy There is lighting throughout the lobby and hallways leaving no dark spots
