Marie and her team did a fantastic job

Marie and her team did a fantastic job of our end-of-tenancy cleaning large 2 bedroom 2 bathroom flat with carpet cleaning Marie always replied promptly to emails and gave a competitive quote The cleaning team did a great job with everything on the quoted list being completed to a high standard Even more impressive was that this was done on 26th March at the start of London Covid-19 lockdown I was worried they would be unable to do the job but Marie assured me it would all go ahead as planned I thoroughly recommend Tenancy Cleaners London Thank you Marie and your team

Used this company twice - very happy both times

We used this company twice - once to complete an end of tenancy clean for our previous rented flat and also to deep clean the new flat we had just purchased I had done some research and this company was very reasonably priced for both a one bed carpeted flat and a two bed laminate floor flat The cleaner was punctual polite and thorough The process was clear and as advertised Very happy with the service

The carpet cleaner person was very nice

The carpet cleaner person was very nice and professional I regret I forgot his name He did a great job and came with shoe covers This small thing made me happy because I ve had issues with a Handy cleaner who didn t want to take his sneakers off before stepping on my carpets The move out cleaning was brilliant too

Wonderful and genuine cleaner

Elin did an end of tenancy clean for me today and he was so wonderful The flat is sparkling clean and he patiently scraped away a TON of extremely stubborn scale that I could not get rid of It was literally like 3mm thick and extremely solid and craggy almost like someone poured cement ALL GONE He was very thorough and professional and I m so satisfied Definitely recommend

Highly recommended The team was punctual and called me prior the arrived and when they finishing their work Walked through with us before the start of the work to ensure no confusion on scope coverage and also after finishing We seeing the team walked extra mile on the front door as well which really appreciated

Tenancy Cleaning London were recommended to me by a friend and I m so glad they were From initial contact the team were great - super helpful and very kind On the day of my move in clean Elin arrived perfectly on time and got straight to work He stayed in touch throughout and notified me 30 mins before the end of the clean so I could get back to the property Elin s work was excellent even down to a very stubbornly dirty oven I cannot recommend Tenancy Cleaning enough from start to finish they provided a fantastic service and very competitively priced Will definitely be booking again in the future
