NEVER USE Was charged 120 for an end of tenancy clean 2 people arrived and spent 4 hours and left before I got a chance to inspect Our landlord got in touch saying they never cleaned the bathroom and the hood of the oven was full of grease Got in contact they sent 1 lads out who stayed for 20 minutes and went without cleaning anything

No 48h guarantee they will just disappear I confirm the bad reviews here The cleaning was poor so I sent an email the day after requesting to come back They said that they would answer my email and since then they don t even answer my calls or hang up when they hear it s me

Should have checked these reviews first My fault What a joke One lady on foot 2 hours late Took 2 hours longer than they said it would as well Had to leave and stupidly paid up before she finished Paid extra for blinds which were untouched Landlord charged for another cleaning company to come as there was no detailed cleaning at all Lesson learned

Do not use this service The standard of cleaning was poor and to the point where the landlord booked another cleaning company to re-clean before the new tenants arrived This means I am 150 out of pocket and then had to pay half the other bill for the subsequent clean The check out inventory by the estate agent has also picked up on the poor standard of cleaning which impacts our deposit On arrival the cleaner said his colleague was coming but on return it seemed only he had been present When I tried to contact the company for to raise the issue I had no response on the phone line for over 3 days-at 9 months pregnant this was extremely stressful Marie would respond to some emails and said she would arrange a re-clean however when my landlord spoke to the cleaner to rearrange he was extremely rude and defensive and rather than simply agree a time to re-clean he questioned everything that was being raised and denied that the standard of cleaning was poor I have since emailed the company multiple times to find some kind of resolution and nobody has come back to me

Shocking customer service We used this company for a End of Tenancy clean and prior to the clean everything seemed to be going well Once the clean had taken place the inventory went in in less that 24 hours Generally the clean was good there were just a couple of minor issues the inventory wanted finalised We contacted them hoping they would finish the job to the satisfaction they state very clearly on their website We have consistently tried to contact them with a minimum of 8 calls and several emails none of which have been responded to As soon as payment was confirmed we have not had a single response As someone who works in the industry this is totally diabolical and I would highly recommend no one ever contacts this company unless they are prepared to pay again for someone else to finish the job - We have just had to pay for a new clean to cover the cost

Didn t complete half of the services required which meant I got charged extras from the landlord Got no response when I tried to get in touch about a partial refund Would not recommend

I wish I had checked this Trust Pilot review before booking We booked an end of tenancy cleaning with this company and the cleaners turned up on time and did an okay job on the whole However they didn t remove any of the cobwebs in the rooms as was stipulated on their website and on the agreed quote scope of works We rang several times to ask for this to be fixed as part of the 48-hour warranty and they claimed they were not insured for it They said they would look into it and would follow up and we never heard from them Most recently they hung up on my housemate who rang earlier today and now are no longer answering the phones I cannot seem to find any active links to their social media either I will be reporting them to UK trading standards ASAP They never sent a receipt for the job either just like in the reviews below and pretty much took payment on the spot

Shocking experience Booked for an end of tenancy clean and at check out they didn t believe we had paid for a professional clean I then reached out to talk to them about it and they asked me to email in the check out report which I have done I ve been chasing for almost two weeks now and they have ignored my emails and calls When they did pick up they actually hung up on me DO NOT USE Absolute scam and I am reporting them to trading standards due to this issue

Terrible job The cleaner smoked in the balcony and left all the ashes Cupboards were found to have dirt and windows were dirty still I called a few times but they refuse to deal with any of my concerns over the phone They refuse the provide any compensation Now I have been told by the inspection clerk that cleaning was not of professional standard leaving me with a big problem AVOID
