Appalling After Sales Service False Advertising
The website stated the Black Friday sale ends midnight on Monday 2 12 24 so I stayed up late and placed my order and yet I was told by the company rep the following day when I had to call to find out what had happened to my order since I had not received any email confirmation despite the money being taken out of my account that the sale finishes on 18 12 24 Why does such a premium brand need to rely on false advertising in the first place Not only that I had 404 worth of cleaning products sitting in my cart waiting to check out except the system wouldn t let me sign in so I had to sign in and start all over again and during that time not only did they remove the discount on one of the items but the system kept glitching and taking forever This morning however I saw an Enjo ad on Facebook saying there was a further 15 discount for signing up to the website and yet I received no such discount so I called Enjo and Jackie confirmed that there should have been a further 15 discount for signing up to the website except she could not explain why I had not received it or why there was no mention of it anywhere on their website Neither could she locate my order despite the money being charged to my account All she could confirm was the order number no details of amount or items hence she could not explain to me why the one item which was marked down the same as everything else went back to its original price when I eventually managed to place my order after all the glitches Called back several times this morning and managed to get hold of Jackie who offered to cancel my order and to send me a confirmation Its late afternoon and so far no email confirmation of original order nor the cancellation thereafter Still trying to call but no ones answering the phones and this is supposedly peak sales time when there s apparently only one person answering their phones and that too not very well Left several messages for a call-back and also sent follow up emails but so far not a single response For such a premium brand that claims to be a game changer set up by an entrepreneur who has been awarded business woman of the year etc I m shocked at the level of service and the lack of any response This leaves me with no choice but to dispute it through my bank which is a total nuisance because the bank will have to cancel my card altogether and issue me a new one
