Sold their car couldn t be bothered to tell me

so rude purchased car from them last years false adverting sold me copy of audi wheels stating there where original on conversation with the manager he was not interested in resolving the issue on mot inspection the wheels where cracked and noticed there where copies i will not use this company again the car is in a tyres place on jacks i m trying buy wheels others to a fix this problem the manager used abuse language from enkea i will take legal action the manager stated he was a northern gangster using threatening language i don t expect a reply from there false advertising best i can to exploit the practises on trust pilot becare before u purchase a car from this company company name should be called snake not enkea

Absolutely disgraceful sevice 1st they claimed their computers would not pick up the fault on the dashboard of our car and so we paid a lump sum ontop of the money for the new car as they couldnt tell how much this would cost to fix i do not believe they could not determine a CU fault with two pieces of their own testing equipment they have bull just wanted more money 2nd they held on to the finance on the old car meaning we paid a payment on our old one aswell as our new one then claimed that was a error again bull 3rd they took 250 depoist for the V5 as we had to wait for it as we had a private plate We sent the v5 they signed to say they recieved it they did not contact us at all we chased it up 4 times with no response at all and they only rang us when we threatened them with the Ombudsman They are now trying to get out of sending us our 250 back claiming something else cropped up that they intend to keep the money for Now keep in mind this 250 was allocated for a V5 and not anything else and they failed to contact us so does this mean they were never going to tell us they were keeping it Scammers We are taking this matter further legally and i can only strongly advise you to avoid Enkae Plus our new car from them has been wrapped very poorly and we need to fork out money to repair this aswell plus engine warning lights have appeared on our new car Disgraceful service

Bought a car had several issues Lied to on multiple occasions Completely ignored on what s app until solicitors got mentioned Sport kit poorly fitted and broke in 15mins - they said they d replace it but just fitted the old one on hoping I wouldn t notice Staff are completely useless with zero knowledge and skills Alloys are counterfeit had to get them replaced - had been told they were genuine Warranty was useless had to ask 5 to 7 times over a few weeks to get an update Cannot see why people deal with these guys Overall unpleasant experience Then they flag the review to hide it instead of trying to resolve issues before it gets flagged again I will attach my receipt to prove my purchase when requested As of January 2023 - the team got in touch and said they d fix issues and send a new splitter 2 to 3 weeks later it s the same service All excuses I ve given the dealership far too many chances to rectify the problem and they ve proven to be the same Please don t deal with these guys The service is awful I ve got better service from a backstreet garage The PDI manager Oliver Luca and Shah have all been a nightmare to deal with Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere

Do not buy from this dealer THEY SELL DAMAGED REPAIRED CARS Possibly the worst car buying experience we have ever had Lied to by the salesman manger Luca Have chased numerous times via phone and email without reply with regards to the 2018 BMW 530d x drive that has cracked alloy wheels that we were unaware of The car has also had structural repairs to the front end Avoid at all costs

My partner and I bought a 320d xdrive bmw in May 2023 we bought the car online before seeing it that was our mistake When we arrived to pick the car up the boot spoiler came of and had to be refitted The car was sold with original bmw wheels and RFT tyres When travelling back home we noticed a few faults with the car and a knocking noise and it looks like it been in an unrecorded accident due to the poor paint repair I Tried to deal with the dealer but they didn t want to help in any way the wheels were fakes and caused damage to the car the electric seat had a fault and various other issues In the end the finance company paid for all the repairs Make sure you see the car before you buy anything from these guys don t be fooled by the posh cars Once they get your money they don t care I think some one needs to remind them of the CRA 2015 And if this gets dispute by them I can provide proof

Bought a car a few weeks ago for a huge amount of money On inspection when returning home the body kit on the car has been poorly stuck on with tape or glue and had already started peeling off Within a month of buying the engine light was on and the car broke down The warranty barely covered any of it and we had to pay out almost 800 in repairs for things that would have been present well before we bought it Within days of that happening the air bag warning lights came on the heating system completely died the windscreen wipers stopped working entirely and the dashboard went black Enkae have responded but haven t really offered any help or solutions and can t explain why the car is in such a bad state and keep saying it s just one of those things and bad luck God knows what the car has been through to have so many issues but we now don t trust it at all or that Enkae are reputable and check or look after cars They just package them up to look good and there s no support or come back as soon as they have your money We are making enquiries with solicitors and trading standards to find out our rights I personally wouldn t buy from them again and we are really disappointed
